We booked the street view room but we were given a room at the lowest floor with view of wall of other buildings. The front desk manager kept on saying the hotel is fully booked with no other rooms available. But our friends booked through hotel directly were given a room at higher floor with nice view. Very disappointed of booking through Trip.com.

The location is located near Vincom and walking street with walking distance the room decoration is lovely with an elegant bathtub, I feel like a princess living there, the breakfast buffet is various and scrumptious.

Great hotel very close to Vincom Plaza Hue. Classic hotel feel, clean and updated bathroom and furniture. Excellent friendly staff and wonderful buffet breakfast.

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔입니다. 방 크기도 작지 않고 인테리어는 촌스러울거라는 생각과 달리 괜찮았습니다. 다만 창이 없는 방이어서 좀 답답했습니다. 예약할때 꼭 창문이 있는 방으로 하세요

Not particularly impressed with this hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are very slippery when wet due to being marble. The loo is within the shower which seems really odd, especially if your partner needs a wee! The bar closes at 10pm. The food in the restaurant is good but no white wine and apparently not going to purchase any either. The bar has very little in the way of alcohol on display and when we got the bill after dinner we had to sign two bills, one for the food and one for the bottle of red wine we had. seemed a bit odd and I wonder if this hotel maybe coming to the end of it’s road. Breakfast was plentiful with two chefs on hand to cook omelettes, poached or fried eggs. Lovely pastries and fresh fruit along with traditional Vietnamese dishes. The pool was open but after swimming a while my skin started to tingle so got out and showered. The pool area is tired and could do with a revamp. The sky bar was closed and reading other reviews, its been closed for a while. The hotel seemed to have very few guests when we were there. Having said all this, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful and always happy to assist. Would I stay here again….no I don’t think so especially as we had seen some smarter hotels for the same price in the area.

Great and lovely hotel!! Overall only 4 stars due to pool being highly chemicalised and needed a clean. Sad the pool skyline bar is closed. Apart from that the rooms ar great, big spacious room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

3.5* Pros: - Spacious, elegant room - Excellent location - Good breakfast Cons: - Pressure in the shower is minimal so it’s hard to wash hair, etc. - The shower is built together with the toilet without any glass/curtains so the entire toilet area gets wet too when showering - Hotel is nice but needs updating and more maintenance overall as it has an “old feel” to it
