Nice hotel, great pool. In a good location near the river and the lovely river park. Not the best breakfast, though, but yhe roof top dining room is great. Do not use the massage services here. I went with two other friends and all three of us thought it was terrible. And the lady was rude when I didn't tip her 20% for a bad massage. Go to Sosono spa instead

3 star hotel, stanard room was a comfortable size double and a single bed, breakfast was included with our stay, which was great, good selection to choose from. Stayed here with our tour group. Staff were great and very helpful. Aircon was OK, dripped condensation on the single bed. Room location was good over looking the pool area with a very small balcony. Great views from the 9th floor. Location was OK, nothing special or close to much. Lovely reception area clearly has had a facelift, but sadly not the rooms. Bathroom was good, just needed a better clean.

Stayed here for one night on a trip around Vietnam. Nice comfortable hotel in a good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was provided and catered for western tastes.

The bed was super uncomfortable, the shower was over the bath & it felt dangerous climbing in & our as there are no rails to hold onto. The door frame was half rotted from water spray off the shower & you could hear everyone in the hallway. The breakfast was just ok, one they ran out of things eg: the fruit & bread you just couldn't get anymore without really hassling staff.

Nice room, clean with spacious shower. The breakfast on the 9th floor is very extensive. Plus a beautiful view of the city and mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful massages. The citadel is within walking distance of the hotel.

Really liked this hotel. My room was comfortable and clean, the pool was good, and the location was very handy. But the highlight was the breakfast, which was incredibly varied and fresh, and served in the top floor restaurant with excellent views of the city.

Shortly after arriving in Hue for a holiday, my mum had a bad fall and is being cared for in the hospital. I moved to Park View Hotel so I could easily walk to the hospital each day. Every staff member has been so helpful and kind, assisting me with every question and request I have made. The staff are professional, polite and friendly. The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff at Park View Hotel have made this difficult time so much easier for me and I am very grateful. I highly recommend this hotel.
