Απόλαυσα κυρίως τη διαμονή μου στο Pilgrimage Hotel Resort Hue. Το προσωπικό ήταν επαγγελματικό, φιλικό και πάντα σε επιφυλακή για την άνεση των επισκεπτών. Πριν κάνουμε check out, ζήτησαν τα στοιχεία της πτήσης μας, ώστε να μας προσφέρουν μεταφορά από το αεροδρόμιο και μάλιστα έβαλαν κάποιον να ετοιμάσει ένα καρότσι μπροστά από τη βίλα μας για να σπρώξει τις αποσκευές στο αυτοκίνητο! Το εστιατόριο Junrei, αν και ελαφρώς ακριβό για το Βιετνάμ, σέρβιρε νόστιμη βιετική κουζίνα και πρόσφερε παρθένα εξυπηρέτηση με υπηρεσία στο σημείο. Η ρουστίκ και φυσική ατμόσφαιρα και τα περιβάλλοντα έκαναν τη διαμονή πολύ χαλαρωτική και γαλήνια επίσης, ένα πολύ καλά περασμένο 3d2n στο Resort, σίγουρα θα το συνιστούσα σε άλλους!

This is my second time stayed in this resort. All staff very helpful and friendly. Ms. Thanh Gro and Mr. An from spa very nice and make me feel so special.
Highly recommend to all travelers. They provide free shuttle bus so easy to go city center for shopping or experience the city.
We will come back again soon

Very nice Hotel. Located a little bit outside of Hue, 15 Minutes by Taxi/Shuttle to the City Center, it is surrounded by green forests. The hotel offers swimming pools, bar, restaurant, spa facilities, gardens, Yoga and TaiChi Class every morning and so on.
We stayed six nights and had a really nice 50m2 bungalow-room with a nice balcony, desk and very comfortable bed.
The staff is exceptional friendly and attentive. They helped us with everything, very good service.
Breakfast offers a lot of western and Vietnamese specialties with some variety every day and was very good.
We felt very welcome and want to come back one day.

I would definitely recommend it for those looking for relaxing and peace. The room was very comfortable and large enough. The food and breakfast were also good enough.

- This Resort, which I found while looking for a hot water pool in Hoi An, is a boutique resort with a decent size, good management, and good service.
- You can use the public swimming pool, but you can also use the upgraded heated pool for an additional fee.
- When you check in, you get a welcome tea, and you get a dessert mixed with banana and tapiocapo.
- You can take a bath in the bathtub with a view of the river in the bathroom
- As a welcome, there were sesame snacks like traditional snacks.
- Not expensive for room service
- There are a total of five types of aroma oil that can be used for massage.
- When it was over, they served hot tea and dragon fruits.
- Tour the private garden
