Cherish Hue Hotel

It was nice here. No complaints from me. It was close to the expat/backpacker part of town so decent if you wanna enjoy nightlight but don’t want to stay in a hostel. Reasonably priced & helpful with storing my motorbike.

Very good hotel. Its not the newest one but still good. Value for the price was great.

Good location The staff is too kind 9F room is in good condition The water pressure is too weak.

The staff was friendly, and it was walking distance to various attractions. The room is not sound proof as I could hear people talking in the next room. And they were not talking at the top of their voice.

Location is very comfortable to stay .. however , Wifi was very poor ,, it was repeated connect and disconnected ..

Among the many wonderful things about this hotel, the most outstanding is the staff. They are friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, communicate well, and are remarkably sincere and effective assisting guests in whatever they need. They are eager to please. Most speak excellent English so we had actual conversations with those very likeable people. Special thanks to Marry and Lisa in the breakfast dining area. They looked after us and helped us in many ways. The breakfast array is extensive and tasty. We were delighted that Marry and Lisa also work in the hotel restaurant on a different floor. Both eating areas are high in the building so views are excellent. The restaurant has an extensive menu, good food, and acceptable prices. We enjoyed eating there. Thanks to Serena and others at the front desk who helped us submit and receive our laundry, arrange transportation, and helped us in many other ways. They are always smiling and ready to assist. The massages are top notch. We are grateful to Maya and Amy for looking after us by guiding our choice of treatment then providing relaxing therapeutic massages. During our six days at Cherish we tried everything on their menu and always were pleased with the high quality. We booked Maya first thing after they opened in the morning to start the day right, and Amy in the evening just before bedtime so we would sleep soundly all night. Both are expert massage providers and also very nice people who speak English well. The prices are reasonable for the quality we received. The hotel rooms are all standard size, no suites, but they are clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was my third visit to Cherish. I look forward to my next visit at Cherish because I feel quite at home, like I belong there, due to the welcoming staff.

The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned. We went onto the balcony and there was a half full pot noodle left by the previous occupants. The mirror had handprints all over it, the bedding had a rip in it and overall it looked very tired. The swimming pool was also closed for work which we were not notified beforehand otherwise we would have gone elsewhere so we couldn’t have a refreshing dip on arrival and the gym was having work done too. Overall not a good impression.

A very nice hotel 300 metres away from all the bars and restaurants, close but away from the noise and music. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable and everything worked. (It doesn't always work in some Viet hotels!!). Breakfast was served on the top floor with panoramic views of Hue and had something for everyone with a huge choice. This is my 4th visit to the city and its easy to get a taxi to the Imperial City and walk back across the bridge, it is really easy to get around and not quite as manic as other Cities in Vietnam. W only stayed 1 night but could easily stay here for a few days.
