I am a business guest from Qingdao to Binzhou on a business trip. I jumped out of this shop directly from searching for business hotels on Ctrip. It seems that Ctrip also trusts this shop, so I decided to book a stay. The hotel's services from the staff, to the overall facilities of the guest rooms, to the surrounding environment, are very nice. The two young girls at the front desk enthusiastically helped me copy the documents I needed, so that I would not go out to find a copy shop on a hot day. In addition, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. Overall five-star recommendation!

The manager is very good. When I haven't arrived at the store, I will inform the fixed parent-child room facilities in time that there is a problem affecting the stay. Can I adjust a two-meter bed room? After I arrived, I took us to see the exchanged room and got the recognition. From the beginning to the end, I was very embarrassed to delay our stay and apologized. This room is more expensive than the parent-child room we set. The price of the standard room is charged. The manager is very real, very good, the hotel is clean, the environment is good, not far from the attractions, the facilities in the room are new and clean. There is a parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. I will live here next time.

In addition to four small bottles of mineral water every day, there is also a large bucket of mineral water for free, which is thoughtful. The service attitude is really good. Every staff member is warm and friendly, and they are patient in solving any problems. Breakfast is a buffet with good variety and taste. The cold dishes are fixed and the hot dishes change slightly every day. Can meet the different needs of the elderly and children. Breakfast ends at nine o'clock, and if I go there at 8:45, I can still get hot eggs (not lukewarm, but hot), and the plates including fruits are still being replenished at any time. In addition, the Shandong cuisine served at What Banquet next door is very good, with generous portions, and is tastier than the ones at Wen'an East and West Road. The disadvantage is that only a few outdoor hot springs in the public area are open during the day, and the others are dry. Fortunately, the private hot springs make up for the outdoor hot springs. It was quite cold during the few days I went there. The disadvantage of having a private outdoor bath is that it's fine during the day, but not at night. If you go in spring and autumn, you should be able to enjoy the pleasure of having a private bath in the evening. Overall satisfied, will recommend to friends.
