Just returned from a lovely 2 night stay at Caley. The staff were fantastic each and everyone kind, polite, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed an afternoon tea with a good selection of sandwiches, cakes and fluffy warm scone. Breakfast was plentiful with self service cereals, fruit and continental plus traditional full English cooked to order. Couldn't fault the room and we were upgraded too! it was bright, spacious and clean. The location was good just a 10 minute walk to the beach.

A lovely hotel that seemed a little different with the design of the room we stayed in being in a courtyard. The area around the hotel was really well laid out with tables and chairs so lots of options for sitting outside in the sun. The restaurant was exceptional with the food and the staff being very friendly and helpful with a great full English breakfast. The bar area was also very attractive. Everything was really clean. It was easy to walk 5 mins approx to two other places to eat and drink and the beach was also easy to get to. It may be a lot busier in the summer but it was nice and peaceful and would definitely recommend this place.

Caley was lovely and clean ,rooms spacious and so clean and service was excellent the staff really helpful and friendly , would definitely recommend this hotel

Went for a night away and long walks on the beach. Perfect spot with great service and the most amazing hot chocolate!

The hotel consisted of chalet accomodation plus a large comfortable and inviting lounge, bar and dining room.
The chalet took a little time to get used to, but it warmed up quickly and was comfortable on the whole.
It was also quiet and i felt able to come and go (with one very late night), without disturbing others, as the chalet was only one storey.
I found the shower was a bit dated, but worked well enough when i got used to it.
There was plenty of hot water at different times of the day.
I only had a main course on one evening and that was fine.
I would suggest that the hotel introduces 'fair trade' tea and coffee in the rooms (and elsewhere) and (if possible) environmentally friendly lavatory paper (recycled).

Loved the fact that although allowing animals, a section was set aside in main dining areas for patrons who take animals to dine with them, something I have difficulty coming to terms with.

Without doubt, the cleanness and most well-kept hotel we have stayed in. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was first-class. The meal we had in the restaurant was presented beautifully and it is difficult to say how it could be improved. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

The Hotel had a high percentage of returning customers, always a good sign.
The Hotel also had a high retention of staff which also a good sign and indicative of good management.
We will return again!
