My Place Hotel-Huntersville, NC

The service was very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. The issue is that the hotel is located very close the Highway 77 and the road noise at night is terrible. Hard to get any sleep with the sounds of cars and roaring trucks.

JO JO at the front desk was very personable and friendly. We assumed that breakfast was included, however, we needed to purchase our breakfast items. Coffee was free.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Everything we needed to get a good night sleep during our trip.

The room was very musty it had a bad smell. They were suppose to clean the room every 4 days but our room was cleaned on the fifth. If you needed toilet paper or towels you had to get supplies from the front desk.

Excellent, clean rooms. Friendly staff. My second stay at this location, would recommend to others.

there was a family with 3 children and tubs full of clothes directly below our window waiting for someone in the cold maybe 40 degrees we were concerned for their welfare this went on for maybe 2 hours

I have never heard of this chain and was a little skeptical. The entire experience was EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you, we'll be back.

Not easy to access. Returning to the hotel after dark was a "Sketchy". All the police that showed up one morning was entertaining as well. The hotel itself was clean and neat.

We enjoyed our stay at My Place, and would definitely come again! The staff were so friendly, and explained everything well. We loved having the convenience of a kitchenette in our room. Everything was clean and fresh. Parking and checking in and out was easy. Overall, it was a great experience.
