My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The ambiance was charming, and the rooms were immaculate, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The culinary offerings were exceptional, with a variety of delectable options that catered to all tastes. The staff were professional and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. Max, the sports animator, was outstanding, bringing an incredible amount of energy and excitement to all the activities. Yuliia, the children’s animator, was phenomenal, creating unforgettable experiences for the kids. This hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Water valley is absolutely great! Extremely carrying stuff, wonderful food. They pay a lot of attention to your kids and make them have the best vacation ever. Everything is great year after year, no regrets about coming back here. Strongly recommended

Perfect hotel would recommend it’s amazing will be back, staff amazing pools so clean rooms and food amazing such lovely staff any problems was always sorted such a friendly hotel amazing if you have kids or even if not so much to choose and do so many activities

Non-Stop Fun with Friends We had the best time at Neverland with our friends! The biggest aqua park in the Middle East provided endless fun and excitement. The drinks were served all the time, including on the beach, which added to the overall enjoyment. The animation team kept us entertained with various activities, and the staff were authentically friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh fruit delivered regularly. The meals were fantastic, with a delightful variety. This hotel offers excellent services and facilities, making it perfect for a friends’ holiday.

Neverland truly is a paradise for kids. Our children were thrilled with the mega-size aqua park and the engaging animation program. There was always something to do, and the activities were so interesting and fun. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at reception were very kind and helpful. The rooms were spotless, and we loved the fresh, high-quality fruit that was replaced promptly. The meals were delicious, and the moderate music levels created a pleasant dining atmosphere. We loved everything about this hotel and strongly recommended for families.

Great experience in Egypt, one of the best hotel for kids, a lot of entertainment, very clean territory, good food, friendly staff, especially animation team! We have seen every evening shows, and think that Michael Jacson dancing show are the best on Midway stage, mini-disco was very cute, and this penguin Alba doing really well, kids loves him! Room has also good condition, our family getting bigger next year, and we hope to come back and celebrate it here!

Unforgettable Family Adventure Our family had an unforgettable adventure at Neverland. The kids loved the various options in the aqua park and the fun activities organized by the animation team. Perfect Family Fun at Neverland Our family vacation at Neverland was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and pleasant, with all staff at reception being incredibly kind and helpful. The kids had the time of their lives at the biggest aqua park we’ve ever seen, with various fun activities that kept them entertained all day. The animation team was genuinely cheerful and made sure every day was filled with exciting activities. The facilities were very clean, and the meals were delicious with an outstanding variety. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for endless fun and enjoyment. Absolutely worth every penny!

For a weekly active vacation will be great, I recommend. Staff at the bars and restaurants made us feel comfortable and we're very friendly all the time. Animation team were doing good sport activities. Room cleaning smiling and hard working.
