Overall experience was very good! On the first day we felt very welcome, because of the reception. We’ve got clean towels and a drink and we’ve got all the information we needed. After the check-in we’ve got transfered to our room by Sammie (with the blue eyes). The room was very big, clean and has everything you need in a room. Maybe an option is to put 2 washing blocks for the washing machine in the room (or that you can buy them at the reception) Big compliments to the staff, they are very kind and hard working, big respect to all of them. Again the service is really a 10/10 !!! The food was good but sometimes we missed a little diversity. We noticed that the staff did their best to create something different every day. But there are a lot of the same meats, vegtables and fruits. But the taste from the food was good and there was plenty of choice. I also think that you can make the buffet room a bit cozier with other lights and decoration (but that’s my personal opinion) we liked the oriental night with al the nice decoration! We’ve been also to the beauty salon. The staff was very kind but I think that the overall experience can be better in a beauty salon, at first the hygiëne (especially the pedicure station, the foot bath, but also the little trolly’s with everything in it. No one is working with gloves/face mask during the treatment. The quality from the nail polish can also be better, and also the ambience of the beauty salon. If you make it more like a spa kind of vibe, it will be a lot relaxer. Put relaxing music on the background etc. Also there was a lot of staff playing/sitting on their phone, in my opinion not so professional. This is no critic but personal feedback for upgrading the hotel and beauty salon experience. Another tip: I think when there is more cooperation with the local people from the area for excursions etc. Instead of the travel agency’s it will be better. A little book with al the information in the room will be nice, also with information about the tuk-tuk, where to go, excursion, what to do in the hotel etc. My feedback comes from a very good place in my heart, I have been working in different (very good) hotels in the Netherlands for 15 years and it was always my challenge to create the best experience for all of my guests. And the feedback was always very welcome to me, so I hope that you take it the positive way! Special thanks to Tarek, for cleaning our room everyday and for the art with the towels, Tarek is very kind and asked us everyday if we needed something in the room! For me one of the most important things is a clean room, and that was for sure very good! And again, for all the staff in the hotel, at the pool, the beach. EVERYONE, big big respect for all of you.
