誤入中國旅行團的據點
房間中規中矩，不值得五星的分級，餐飲品種很少，且質量很普通，水平約4星，低於我住的該地區其他五星，看來是接旅行團多了的緣故
娛樂設施也很少，晚上也沒有什麼文娛活動
海灣也很普通，沙灘和水質比不上紅海其他海灣，有條件還是住在城市南方比較好
門口附近啥都沒有，出門逛街還是算了

酒店的配套和泳池，服務都是到位的。作為 450元價位的包三餐和提供 free drink 的海邊酒店可以説是非常有性價比。缺點是赫爾格達路不太好，所以 10 公里離市區會顯得有些遠。酒店服務，房間，和性價比可以給到 5 分。

The rooms where nice and the beds where very comfortable the WiFi was not very good in my room I couldn’t get connection but the food was very nice aswell the entertainers were very nice people and were nice to get along with they did a lot of activities and led them well the people serving at the bars were nice people aswell

So we came to Egypt . This is our first time and we had such a good time because of the hotel when we came it was just a shock for all of us, we like the hotel reception, the restaurant, the food and the animation team we had a lot of fun with them we were going out with them The rooms is so clean and the reception is so big the beach is so nice. The view is good , we appreciate everything for sure, we will come back again ❤️

Hotel stunning on entry, staff very friendly and always asking if and where they can improve their service. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Food lovely and fresh. Entertainment team an absolute joy to get to know. Pools and loungers a plenty for everyone( no need to be up before dawn with your towels). Beach again clean and plenty of loungers. Wasn’t sure at the beginning if I’d come back but this place has and the staff have grown on me and I will be coming back. Defo recommend.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their great care and professionalism They made my stay enjoyable and comfortable they left me beautiful memories in Hurghada I love this hotel very much the room is good the beach and all the things are good guys this hotel is a perfect place for families with children couples who prefer quiet atmosphere We did not meet noisy drunk companies here the atmosphere and atmosphere were absolutely perfect The staff were courteous friendly and helpful We had a wonderful superior room renovated and new Everything was modern and new there Thank you all for your efforts to make my stay unforgettable I hope to return again in the near future

From the time I arrived at the hotel the welcome was friendly and warm I was greeted with a smile and attention and shown to my room quickly and smoothly The room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay The facilities in the hotel were varied and very comfortable I enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful beach and admiring the gorgeous blue waters of the Red Sea I also tried the beautiful pool which was refreshing and relaxing The service at the hotel was great The staff were helpful and friendly and were always willing to accommodate my needs with kindness and respect The food service was also excellent Enjoy a wide variety of delicious dishes at the restaurant all presented deliciously and perfectly The food was fresh and delicious and I had a truly excellent experience
