AMAZING. So firstly I don't want to take away other people's experience of this hotel as I whole heartedly believe they were all true BUT please reconsider returning if you had a bad time. The hotel has been recently taken over and by God what a change, not just asthetically but a complete staff change. As you look at the hotel from the front we were in the little part to the right as the big part is having a complete renovation. This did not impact our holiday 1 bit. In fact if we walked anywhere near where someone was working they'd stop and carry on once we walked past. They were also renovating rooms in the part we stayed but we didn't even know they were there. When I say renovating I mean they have ripped everything out and starting with a blank canvas. The swim up rooms have been completely emptied and were having all new electrics installed and new furniture, we saw brand new mattresses being put in the rooms too. Now for the exceptional part. We were met at reception with a welcome drink and the most pleasant receptionist I've ever come across. We didn't check in at the desk we were sat on the really comfy sofas, relaxed and ready for our holiday. Our cases were loaded onto the trolley and taken to the rooms for us. ROOM Our room was spotlessly clean. The 1st thing i try is the bed and it did not disappoint it's on par with a premier inn mattress ❤️ plenty of room for us the pull out sofa bed was also very very comfy and Who doesn't love bed art we had crocodiles, octopus, elephant, monkey the list goes on ❤️ FOOD we arrived after tea but they offer a late supper and what a treat we had. Fresh bread, warm and extremely tasty food with plenty of choice. As the holiday went on the food was never repeated. It was hot, tasty, full of flavour and freshly cooked at every meal time, a lot of it you see them preparing fresh. I personally love that. The poolside restaurant does fresh pizzas in the pizza oven, chicken shawarma, fresh homemade beef burgers or chicken burgers and boy they didn't disappoint. The food is spectacular. You can even order your food and take it back to the pool side but we preferred to sit and enjoy the service which was superb. ALCOHOL We all like a drink on holiday and the cocktails are gorgeous, don't order loads at once you really don't need to, when your drink is nearly empty they're there filling it up. Local spirits are strong, they use cans of Stella for lager it's fresh and tastes lovely and isn't flat. POOLS/BEACH The hotel itself is big and the pools and slides are brilliant. This is a great family place you don't need to leave the hotel if you don't want to. The private beach is gorgeous. The sea is very shallow and you can walk quite far and the water is still only to your knees. STAFF I will never be able to praise them enough. Barstaff, restaurant, reception, chefs, gardeners, maintenance, lifeguards, cleaners, concierge, room cleaners, security and entertainment staff WOW what an absolutely amaz

We’ve been here since 4th January 2025 and it is the 6th January 2025 today and I had to write this review because the staff every single one of them have been so friendly, welcoming and polite. The service is great the food is great the staff make you feel so safe and make you feel like your right at home for two women who are here alone it’s been so good the security are amazing. The rooms are clean the hotel always has a lovely smell from The minute we got here we’ve been looked after. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel

The beds were the most uncomfortable feeling the bathroom toilet was broken the toilet would continuously flush, shower was broken so it leaked all over the floor (me and my partner hadn’t even used the shower this was check in) which caused my partner to slip and and fall I tried speaking to management but no spoke English they was not helpful at all. The food was terrible I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. Me and partner just tried to stay out of the hotel as much as possible. I had jewellery taken out my room when I went to the manager he tried to go through me and partners belongings as he called us liars.

The hotel is very basic no entertainment. Staff very unpolite. Same food served day in day out totally disgusting always cold and soggy not edible at all, no snack bars during the day for kids. We have been going out by taxi everyday to get food which when you book a allinclusive holiday you don't expect to do. The only good thing where the excursions. Anyone coming to egypt research before you come stay away from any of the Hawaii hotels they are all the same. Can't wait to get my flight back 1 more day of this hell hole

This hotel is an absolute disgrace LOVEHOLIDAYS should not be offering this to anyone. Hotel is filthy in dire need of a revamp. Smoking aloud virtually everywhere, food absolutely awful we could not eat in the restaurant. Large groups of Egyptian men arrive on a daily basis and take over all areas of the hotel. There is no children’s club the animation team was awful. The onsite salon is a total rip off paid for facials which were done very poorly. My daughter had her hair braided with extensions which only lasted 24hour And was not exactly cheep. Manager was extremely rude and very aggressive to ward my self and daughter. Would not recommend this hotel at all unless you want to try a bush tucker trial.

Just returned from this hotel was absolutely disgusting rooms filthy, food was awful didn’t eat once in hotel, this hotel is geared totally towards other Egyptians and people of a similar culture and does not consider Europeans or any other who have spent considerable amounts of money. Large groups of men who took over the entertainment, the pool areas and flumes giving no thought or consideration to the children who should enjoy these items also smoking is allowed virtually everywhere. The salon on site is a total rip off we paid for face treatments and for our granddaughter to have hair braided total cost in excess of £100 fell out within 24 hours when we complained the owner was totally rude and aggressive which was really frightening. I would avoid this hotel at all costs looks impressive from outside, also no wi fi, this is not an all inclusive hotel LOVE HOLIDAYS should not be selling this on their site to British people or any Europeans.
