Al Dora Residence Suites in Hurghada is an absolute gem! I had such a fantastic stay there with my mom. The amenities are good and the views are stunning. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help with anything, to the best of their ability. The pool is fine, and the gardens are perfect for chilling out. Plus, the location is spot on—really close to the beach and all the cool spots in town. If you're heading to Hurghada,

Het personeel is heel aardig en rent zich de voeten onder het lijf voorbij voor je. De accomodatie ligt in een rustig gebied van Hurghada. Ik zou me wensen dat de eigenaren hun personeel meer waarderen, want dat merk je wel dat dat niet zo is. Het restaurant mag wel nog verbeterd worden, maar daar wordt aan gewerkt. De kamers zijn oke. Voor deze prijs is het echt wel oke.

Great location, best service , the flat was very clean and furnished with style and comfort .in this apartment nothing missing with large kitchen in the living area that makes every cook heart beat faster and lovely customer service team to help you in any time , really I recommend it to all and I am looking forward to the next time

The service was horrible. We got two rooms and our friends in the other room lost their key card when were at the beach. It took them so long to get us another key and we had to sit on the stairs for hours waiting. + when i tried to complain to the receptionist he was super unhelpful and aggressive towards us. Would not recommend this place!

The overall experience was beyond my expectations, compared to the price, the room was really nice even nicer than more expensive hotel’s room and it was clean, maybe just minor maintenance needed in the shower stand but it was still working fine, the staff is very friendly starting from the welcoming by Abdallah the front office employee and his colleague Karlos. The restaurant in the roof will a lovely sea view, even though the food varieties daily was limited but each day we had a very delicious meal, simple but tasty and the chief there where very nice and friendly they gave my kids a very nice baking experience that they enjoyed it a lot, maybe the only thing that I would recommend to improve is the pool area, it’s very basic and kinda boring. They don’t have direct beach access but they do provide nearby access to a private nice beach

The staff at this hotel make the experience. From the manager to my friend who made me Turkish coffee with '24 sugar', I was treated with such kindness, like a member of the family. I loved, loved, loved my stay. This is not some stuffy 5-star hotel; it is a series of connected buildings that house rooms and apartments. At the time of my stay, they were putting in a sauna, steam, hot top with a tiny workout space. The room had a nice frig for my olives, cheese, and fruit. The bed was decent enough, and I had no complaints. A short walk on El Nasr will get you to a multitude of local eateries, and a taxi (cheap) will get you to more. The pool is long, you want sun, you get sun, you want shade, you can find it, or use an umbrella. The beach is 5 minutes away. If you want to meet the number one staff in Hurghada, along with the best cats, this is the place to stay.

Liar ! If I can give the manager 0 star I will! as we booked the room”side sea view “but we got the room with only one window facing the road, the description said it’s with a pool view and the garden view which was a scam. Our room is on third floor with no view at all, when I talk to to the owner he said this with a extremely unbearable attitude say you can see the view in the morning ?? Does he mean the road will became beach? Pool? Garden? Second we arrived he didn’t mention the pool will close at 6pm, today I went to the swimming pool and other customers (also really upset)said it’s close, I went to talk to the manager why he didn’t tell us yesterday he said I quoted “ you should ask” ?? With this attitude is not about money it’s the mood for vacation! Totally ruined by this hotel! Please I’m writing to let people know don’t choose this hotel!!!

No caring for rental services, especially for equipment and housekeeping. My apartment was full of dust. Matress not healthy. Fridge / freezer not working. One AC not working. TV not smart. Location is far. No beach.
