Hawaii Riviera Aqua Park Resort - Families and Couples Only

Stay away from this place. There is nothing here and they also serve very poor quality food with the smell of pet food .I'm surprised that other guests eat this food, I'm here for the second day and I'm walking hungry. All inclusive is a myth. They demand extra payment for everything. Poor wi-fi only in the lobby. Staff incompetent and rude. They advertise themselves with five Egyptian stars, but in my opinion they don't even have three. The worst place I've been in my life.

It was the best vacation, and we will never forget about it! Really beautiful place with very friendly staff! We enjoyed every momemt and we hope to come back soon! Room very comfortable, food tasty and service perfect! The best animation team!

I have stayed with my husband from 27th to 30th Jan for honeymoon trip. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel!! I don't know where to start from! Staff was Unfriendly, Unqualified and very rude!! This the least I can say about them. We just checked in me and my husband and we drank the 2 available water bottles in the room, I called the room service to order more water, and he answered "you just arrived, didn't you?"!!! Replied yes!! He said you have 2 bottles every day. He was very rude!! My husband called late in the afternoon and asked them to change the bed sheets and the operator answered him the housekeeping is done for today, we will do it tomorrow!! And we had to spend the night on a dirty bedsheet. And this goes on and on. I really felt that I was being scolded every time I had to ask for something. The place has a nice outdoor garden, swimming pools and Aquapark. But the building and the rooms were old and not well maintained. The furniture inside the rooms were damaged, the table lamp is ancient and dirty. And I beleive they have never had changed or attempted to wash the curtains ever since this hotel was established!! Hygiene is a joke! The cattle was rusted! Tea bags were uncovered. Waste bin not properly working "damaged". In the main restaurant, the food was not fresh, reheated from the lunch to dinner, same items, wrong tagging, no tissues on tables "you have to ask for it. And this bad experience had even worse ending! We booked their transport service which we paid for in advance to take us to the airport. And on time at 5 am we called the driver and he answered in a sleepy voice! He said oops I forgot about your appointment, but I try to be there in 30 minutes!!!! If we were to wait for him we would have absolutely missed the flight. And we had to look for an Uber driver. Luckily we catched the flight minutes before the boarding closure. And the list goes on and on.. We were really sorry for that the resort is relly a huge one with nice facilities. But doesn't have the right management and staff in place. I believe the authorities should take a relook to such hotels which categorized as a FIVE STARS HOTELS!! In order to avoid spoiling the reputation of Egypt in tourism.

We enjoyed our trip a lot, and we were happy there. Nice place, good and tasty food with choice for everyone. Room is comfortable with amazing view. Sweet and kind staff who work very good. Good entertainment all day.

We just come back from a nine days "all-inclusive holiday" at this resort .We got this holiday as a present for my 11 years old son because it was good at school. That place is horrendous, and under no circumstances should it advertise in European or UK countries. Food was not eatable. The same food every day. There is not enough food for the guests.No cheese at the omlets till. Kofta kebab every day with so much flour in it to be cheaper it was not eatable. No European food, only local food. Absolute, no selection Extremely dirty in the kitchen. Only macro fish unwell clean and bitter taste. All the drinks were watered. There is no wine at the bars.Not even fizzy water.We have to go to Hurgada to buy food and drink. The pool was closed every day at four o'clock. There is nothing to do after that, just waiting in the room.Don't expect anything from waiters. They only collect empty dishes. There are no tissues on the tables. Absolutely no activities to do. My son was crying every day and asked me when will go home. When we finished, they took our bracelets and we had to wait four hours. They refused to give us even some water from the bars. We do not expect to buy a candy and receive a birthday cake but something like that. I was never seen or heard. The waterpark was the main reason to be there. Well, that waterpark it was open just two hours a day.The aircon in the room was working only to lower the temperature. Extremely cold at night. We have to ask for more blankets. Horrible place. Don't go even is for free.

Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon, the first night I got there and I was really upset because it was night time and the hotel seemed very gloomy. The hotel was average but the outside pool and beach areas were gorgeous. Good things: 1. The outdoor areas and beach and pools are all AMAZING, honesty fully amazing, they have swings by the beach and cute little areas to play volleyball and stuff. 2. The room was cleaned everyday by the staff and the bathroom was really cute. 3. The male kitchen staff were welcoming and were very friendly with my husband. Bad things: 1. FOOOODDDDD 🤮🤮🤮 honestly don’t come here if ur wanting all inclusive, the food was grossssss, everyday me and my husband went to the town and got food. However we ate breakfast at the hotel. I got FOOD POISONING when we ate at the hotel, really bad diarrhoea for 3/4 days. Which really restricted me in the holiday. 2. LIFTS - the lifts were scary and broken inside, and the hallways for the rooms were creepy. They need to improve their lights in the hotel, add more lights in the hallways and make the food better. The outdoor was amazing would definitely go back to the outdoor area if I could.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Dirty dusty, disgusting food, dirty rooms. Staff have no interest in European guests, service non existent. Do not stay here, horrible complete waste of money. Read other reviews- supposed to be 5 star, what a joke

Food only for arabic guest , very decent choice , beach clean but not for swimming (no sand) , beautiful gardens , nice pools but evening plenty mosquitos , spa, massage and manicure is a joke , far from profesional service. Payments everywhere in dollars or euro but if want to pay by card they convert it for egyptian pounds but always in black market rates , in result € or $ are dearer than £
