Το ξενοδοχείο επιλέχθηκε από το πρακτορείο από το οποίο κλείσαμε το ταξιδιωτικό μας πακέτο με αποτέλεσμα να μην το έχουμε "ψαξει" και πολύ. Στα θετικά: - Οι 2 τεραστίων διαστάσεων πισίνες (οι οποίες ήταν πεντακάθαρες όλες τις ημέρες που μπηκαμε) με την επιτήρηση ναυαγοσώστη - άνετα δωμάτια με μπαλκόνι - το spa το οποίο και δοκιμάσαμε με αγορά πακέτου συνεδριων σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν καλή εμπειρία ( λίγο υψηλό το κόστος συγκριτικά με το επίπεδο παροχων) -το παγωτό μηχανής πολύ καλό! Στα αρνητικά: -Την πρώτη ημέρα εάν και είχαμε κλείσει και προπληρωσει άλλο τύπο δωματίου λόγω overbooking μας έβαλαν σε άλλο με αποτέλεσμα να ταλαιπωρηθουμε πάρα πολύ μέχρι να αποκτήσουμε το δικό μας ( μας είχαν αναμονή πάνω από 2 ώρες στη reception και χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε με 4 άτομα μέχρι να υπάρξει συνεννόηση) - το μπάνιο είχε έντονη μυρωδιά βόθρου (αν και ήμασταν στον 1ο οροφο) - το φαγητό αν και ήταν σε μεγάλο μπουφέ με πολλές επιλογές τα περισσότερα ηταν πολύ κακής ποιότητας (κάποια τελειως αψητα και πρόχειρα μαγειρεμένα με αποτέλεσμα να τα πετουσαμε) .

We are just leaving this amazing place and what a week we had! Sun,sea,corals and amazing staff in the hotel made our stay really memorable. From all animation staff,who entertained not just our four year old Olivia beyond their working hours. Special thank you goes to Luna( our Colombiana) and of course Olivia's future husband Ferdinand ( love at the first sight). But what would the holiday be without good food? It is amazing! We have been treated like royalty by Executive chef Rafat every day, including personal table services and surprise seafood dinner.We felt really special! Dining room staff was all amazing. So Massive Thank you to you all,sad day as we have to leave,but we sure will return. P.S we have been coming to Egypt for over twenty years, but thiswas THE BEST stay we ever had.

Good family holiday nice place for children, the hotel manager is kind and sorted a problem which I had with one of the reception staff. As we checked in late they allowed us to check out late also which was very kind of them. Special thanks to Fida who is on the catering team, always attended to our needs promptly.

I had a very bad experience in Pyramisa, we where in a hotell about 21 in the evening and I got my baby cot 01.00. Look photos!!! My man threw it out. I had to go to retception and yes, I made a noise there-what the hell is that,my child wont sleep in that, you are 5* hotell or what is that? 01.30 I got a little better bed and finally I can but my baby to sleep. They dont know what means cleaning. They do beautiful things on your bed to get money but not cleaning, dirty everywhere. All around the hotel,beach and streets,promemad was very nice.

Staying at Pyramisa Resort for 7 nights was a delightful experience. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in. The accommodations were comfortable, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and a cozy ambiance. The highlight was the snorkeling experience – the resort's location provided access to stunning underwater landscapes, making it a memorable stay. I had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the subtle animations scattered throughout the hotel, adding a unique charm to the ambiance. The animation team was a highlight, offering enjoyable entertainment for guests of all ages. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay.
