Empire Beach Aqua Park

這是我這行程最糟糕的房間，我入住房間由於剛用油漆刷新，刺眼刺鼻，不適合人類居住，我跟前台服務員溝通要求換房，前台不肯換，衹安排服務員用空氣清新劑來房間噴，這不是掩耳盜鈴，我衹能整晚將門打開，用桌椅擋在門口，你無法想象我在這裏度過一個難以想象的夜晚😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The hotel is lovely, the whole team made our holiday. Food is good Animation team are amazing I leant two new dances from them, they made us laugh from start to finish. They're always smiling and happy. They Get us all involved in activities and dancing in the evenings. Max's shows are great very funny and entertaining were a great way to end an evening. The bar staff and restaurant staff are great can't fault them at all the people at the pools are funny and friendly and would do anything to help you. Get what you pay for but can't complain.

I hate to leave a bad review as the staff are lovely and most are honestly trying their best. But .... the first rooms we eere given were without a doubt the worst I have ever stayed in. To say they were dated is an understatement, they were awful. The room the kids had was even dangerous as the lead to the fridge was showing bare wires. Both our rooms were filthy and the fridges were a biological hazard. We made a complaint which was taken seriously and was promised their best rooms for the next day. We were shown a choice of 4 of their 'best' rooms which although better was far from what I'd expect the best to be but were acceptable. The food was barely edible except for one night they had an outdoor banquet style spread which was wonderful. The rest of the week the food was terrible, the breakfast wasn't even worth getting out of bed for! The outside bar drinks were served in filthy plastic beakers. Each day we were approached by people trying to sell us massages, tours, drinks, diving etc and were difficult to shake off as they wouldn't take no for an answer. The wifi was only available in reception but don't worry the shop sells data bundles for £20!!! The outside space was nice but a lot of cracked/broken tiles around the pools made it feel unhygienic. The rooms shown on the website I honestly believe are in their 'sister' hotel which is next door, there is no comparison between them the other hotel is beautiful.

Well, where do I start? I like to be positive, so I will start with the staff. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful although Ahmed one of the bar staff was just plain rude and arrogant. The entertainment team were definitely 'tryers' and were so friendly unless you caught them when they were not working, and then they would just ignore you. The pools are small, I wouldn't like to go here in high season as I can imagine there would be no sun loungers as there were not many people there last week and some days you had to find a lounger. The pools are clean, and the lifeguards present love the children and watch what they are up to. The rooms are incredibly tired and need gutting. There is a fridge in each room and a TV and hair dryer, all of which work. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. However, we were only given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 2 adults. When you arrive, you are given beach towel cards so you can get fresh beach towels each day from the hut by the sea if you can get the guy off his phone long enough to oblige. The food was OK, very limited. Chicken, beef, and fish and one vegetable dish, rice, potatoes, and pasta. It's pretty much the same thing every lunch and dinner time. The smallest buffet I have EVER come across in an all-inclusive resort. The alcoholic drinks are all local and are pretty rank. The cocktails are their version with whatever squashes, not juice they have available. Nothing is 'on tap' all come in plastic bottles Inc the alcohol, the beer comes in cans, which they pour some into a glass/plastic beaker depending where you are drinking, wine of any kind is not part of the all inclusive package and you have to pay a supplement if you want wine. The evening entertainment leaves something to be desired, and when the 'act' is over the DJ puts on music which is completely inappropriate for children and they really don't care if children are present with song lyrics like 'suck my d!@k' and the words f&@k etc. One lady had a go at the DJ because of this, but it didn't change the type of music he put on. In one of my pics I have circled a light fitting, this is by the pool table and my husband got an electric shock from it. Overall, I wouldn't go back here, and I wouldn't recommend it either. The week before we arrived there was a fire in the apartment block to the left of the swimming pool, there were no smoke alarms or a working fire alarm, people on the second floor were tying bed sheets together so they could escape the room safely. This was a cheapy holiday that we booked last minute and no wonder the hotel was cheap because you wouldn't want to pay much for staying there.

Great service, very delicious food and fun workers. The beach is very clean, the water is just perfect for the weather and the music was very nice. The room was very nice as well, all comfortable and the bed is cozy. The room is getting cleaned almost every day, the bathroom is also very clean and the drinks are yummy.

Everything is perfect! The services, the attention, the view, animators, the beach also is perfect! It is near to the hotel room! Drunks are good too! The staff is kind! also drinks and food and pool also perfect ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This really depends on which vacation you want!😄 If you want a luxury vacation this is not the place, but if you want enjoyment and fun its a very good place!😎🤟👍 The staff are great and sociable👍🥰 Thank you all!🥰 Special thanks to the animation team and the nigth shift😘 Its 5 stars if you want that kind of vacation!👌🤟👍😎

Please take into account how much you've paid for this holiday before attacking them on here Staff can't do enough for you if your nice to them they will be nice to you Food is ok not five star but always something Grounds beach pool gardens are lovley Kept clean Our room was cleaned daily so no idea why some are saying they are not. slept well every night Rooms are very old and yes do need a bit of a tidy up but like I said they are clean Would I return 🤔 its a yes from us

Room was not good, we had have double room but we got two singel bed wasn’t problem unite together. if you are not demanding, it is a very pleasant place ,people was very friendly and nice. What we need do in room? Just sleep. Food was tasty and good. Very nice people around pool.
