挺好，海景房聽海看海，還準備了小驚喜，哈哈酒店很用心啊，一開門就是燈光，花，綵帶，服務也很到位，可以一住

Tolles Hotel , sehr Umfangreich und nette Mitarbeiter besonders Chef Alaa in Rezeption, das Essen Wahl war super , Sauberkeit , Service , Aussicht , Aktivitäten war alles super und wir haben sehr schöne Aufenthalt dort gehabt , immer wieder gerne dahin gehen . 🙏👍😘

酒店在度假村⛱️，網頁上寫着離潛水店近，然後才訂的，到了後才發現根本不近，去哪都遠，除非你就是準備在酒店度假⛱️不出去了，不然無論是去市區還是坐ATV還是去潛水點打車都得40分鐘左右。不過報名了ATV什麼的，一般會有接送。就是如果去潛水的話，就得起個大早。 酒店🏨是一日三餐都包的，有個超大自助餐廳，看上去食物種類很豐富，實際上質量不高，東西也不是很好吃，自助的飲料還有酒水，烤肉🍖都一般。 酒店也有中餐館，意大利餐館不過要提前48小時預約，預約時間還有要求早上好像是10-12點，下午是15-17點可以預約，並且衹能現場預約，不能電話預約，相當的麻煩，因為我在赫爾格達的那幾天每天都是要出去玩的，他的預約時間段我根本沒法預約，所以我一直吃自助🙃🙃 酒店佔地面積很大，我訂的海景房，風景還行吧，但沒有印尼的好看。 然後房間也大，但是就一張床，連沙發都沒有，顯得整個房間空空盪盪的，設施看的出來是有重新裝修過的，但是如果以五星級標準來看的話，還是不夠的，三四星的話，就差不多了。 酒店也有免費的bar，調的酒就很隨意，一點都不好喝。 礦泉水倒是每天會給我們三瓶，房間裏會給我們放鮮花，服務還行吧。 如果那種很在意服務還有衞生什麼的旅客的話，建議直接訂喜來登或者希爾頓吧，畢竟牌子在那，服務質量還是有保證的

Jasmin Palace Spa Resort hotel review. Jan 13th to 3rd Feb, three weeks. This is a personal review of stay at this hotel. Overall, my wife and I find this hotel to be very good to stay and are having a relaxing time. :-) We have no problems coming back. Location: For us this was fine. Beach Hotel, If we wanted to go out ie town, we took taxis. Fixed price from hotel and pick back. So good for us. There is a small shop parade just outside if we need something different. Staff: We have found the staff we met to be warm and friendly, always willing to help us from reception to pool staff to waiters and gardeners. It should be noted the hotel has security staff in all places, again they are friendly. The hotel main building i.e. reception, lounge, bars, and dining areas are maintained to a very high standard. Staff are cleaning these areas constantly. Food in the main dining area at night: We find there is a wide choice to choose from every day. There is always a BBQ on every night. We have had no problems eating here thou the food is mild in taste. Guess this is catering for the mass. There is full breakfast service although we use late breakfast, this is basic continental breakfast, cold meats, pastries, and boiled eggs. And tea etc. Acceptable Restaurants: There are three Al La carte restaurants here, Chinese, Italian, and Egyptian. We have tried the former two, good food, recommended. Beach bar food, simple and good to eat in the afternoon. Pizza, burgers, and chips. With soft drinks, tea, or alcohol drinks. Swimming pools. There are several pools, the main pool is heated, where most people stay and swim in the day. The other pools, nobody swims in as they are cold in Jan. But have been told later in the year as the sun warms them up people spread out. All pools are maintained well, with staff watching just in case. Room: is cleaned every day, have fruit given to us once a week. Which is good. Hot water in the bathroom, takes a bit of time to get hot. Evening tends to be luck warm. So have to wait. Rooms are little dated. Quality of the bedding and furniture could be better. I noticed they are updating rooms on the resort, so may by summer the rooms will be nice. Laundry service is good. Wi-Fi: So, this is only in the man building, its sufficient to do emails and send photos on WhatsApp, thou a bit slow. Beach: Best place to sunbathe and relax. Bar nearby for food and drinks. Beach is nice and quiet. Thanks

Great hotel Staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you they are always smiling and happy to help you with any queries. The room are really nice and kept very clean also beds are so comfy. Lot of bar and restraint to try would highly recommend the Italian restaurant stake is excellent. Would defo go here again. The entertainment team were great got us involved with everything that was going on and made sure we knew what show was on each night.

I came on holiday for one week with my husband, we hardly have any complaints The only thing we had a problem with was the bar staff was a little moody sometimes. But let's talk more about the positives, the hotel is beautiful and gardens are so well kept. The entertainment team are absolutely amazing, Paris is so helpful and always happy to give advice with anything. Helped me find out you can call on messenger There is a show each night and all have been so good! We took a trip to the marina which was also lovely, definitely recommend.
