Wonderful experience! Check in was smooth and quick, Shereen was welcoming and professional. The room was clean and neat, the food was good especially the breakfast buffet. Lunch buffet could use more variety, but it wasn't bad by any means. Dinner buffet was lovely, especially in the dessert department. Pool and beach were beautiful, too. My only concern is that some guests use their towels to "reserve" a chaise lounge. But there were usually enough places at both to sit. Room service were highly professional, and the staff overall were very friendly and welcoming. The All-inclusive package was a great choice also, good variety of beverages and snacks. A wonderful experience overall, I will definitely be back with my family.

we were in the hotel for the first time in March 2023 and we liked it a year ago, so we booked a vacation through booking for 3 weeks in this hotel. This time, my husband and daughter were not satisfied with the hotel. It was a big disappointment for us. The best of the whole hotel is Mrs. Sherine from the reception, who is absolutely wonderful and smiling, and even prepared a decoration for the bed in the room and a birthday cake for my daughter. Many thanks to the lady at the reception. We had a beautiful room and they also made a beautiful flower on my daughter's bed on her birthday. Housekeeping was fine. The biggest disappointment was the food. A year ago we didn't know what to choose because everything was absolutely amazing and the desserts were absolutely luxurious and we had never experienced this anywhere. This time mainly chicken and minced meat inside, often bloody (unfinished), the food was the same every week and the only thing you could eat was chicken and shrimp (often raw inside).desserts mainly for Egyptians, e.g. baklava etc. They are very sweet and we don't like that. A lot of people in the hotel and it was very difficult on the beach where I am attaching a photo, you can't even swim, how many people are in the sea. This bothered us a lot. We go to the sea to swim. There are buoys nearby, so you don't have a chance to swim.This time there were really a lot of people in the hotel and therefore we think that the quality of the food was not good. In the lobby bar and at the hotel reception, they turned off the air conditioning in the evening, which I can't understand. We were hot and my husband had to urge us to turn it on twice. We think that the hotel is saving money, so it turns it off in the evening and then turns it back on in about 10 minutes. I have never experienced this anywhere and it was really a big disappointment. we paid 2601 dollars just for accommodation for those 3 weeks ( without plane tickets) for me and my husband and doughter and the quality of the hotel does not match the price. We will not be returning to this hotel.

We had a superb holiday in this hotel. It is located right next to the beach, the pools and the food are great. The staff is very friendly. The perfume and oil shop at the hotel has a huge selection of natural oils and specialty teas to choose from. The owner of the shop is very helpful and knowledgeable, helping us find the right products. The prices are also competitive. We can only recommend it.

I recently stayed in the Resort for one night. Check-in was smooth, the staff, especially Mr. Alaa Mousafa, were professional , helpful. food was delicious, the beach was stunning, and the hotel's compact layout made it easy to navigate..

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Palm Beach Resort, we particularily liked the food choice here and the hospitality of the entire staffThe only minus is that I think the night program wasnt that long and usually more for kids. But other than that everything was perfect
