Our experience at Hawaii Caesar Resort Aqua Park was deeply disappointing. We arrived with high expectations, only to be met with poor service and an unwelcoming attitude from the staff. Right from check-in, it felt like we were a bother rather than guests. Simple requests for assistance were frequently ignored or met with rude responses, making our stay stressful and unpleasant. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional, with some even displaying outright rudeness—something unacceptable for a resort that promotes itself as high-quality. The treatment left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Instead of a relaxing vacation, we encountered dismissive responses and inadequate service daily. This hotel falls far short of its advertised standards, leaving us completely disappointed. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth the time or money, and we would not recommend Hawaii Caesar Resort Aqua Park to anyone seeking a pleasant stay

It was a very nice experience and nice place to stay. The bad comments and review don’t match the reality. The food is great(didn’t had any stomach issues). The aqua park, beach and hotel rooms are nice and everything is clean. I liked how the hotel staff always smiles and help you with every problem you have. You gonna meet nice people here.

This Is very nice hotel. I have a really good time here. The best chef here is Haythom, he cook very well. The beach And pool Is clean And big. The rooms Are also big,clean And looks very nice. The drinks Are also good they can make you anything you want me

The worst hotel i have ever been! I don’t write reviews but this is exception. Everything is bad, especially the food! I will never come here again and I do not recommend it to anyone! I have something to compare with, every year I go on a hotel vacation several times

we stayed at Hawaii Caesar Dreams Resort & Aqua Park. aqua park amazing. down side, is people rushed in on slides and leaving rubbish everywhere . food not the best. same food every day. hotel room good and cleaned every day. hotel manager very rude and disrespectful. the day we left. we did not have our towel cards. has we give them back to the towel man in aqua park. hotel nanager started shouting at us and in our face. would not let us leave hotel and grabbing our suitcases. and grabbing us by the arm and the females we had with us. then threatened to call police over towel cards. then 6 other staff come and got involved. there were 4 adults and 4 young kids with us
