It was a great stay with kind and nice staff. From poolboys to service staff all was amazing and made our trip more wonderful. This hotel is really big and you could also use the two hotels next to it, where you find different offers for example a big aqua park. We liked also the evening program for adults and kids. The program changed every day, so you had much variety. We will come back very soon after the summer time, because this is too hot for us.

Arrival just before 9 at night, first impressions wasn’t good.. went to Ali-Bi restaurant just under reception It was due to close - these was cold chips rice and steak and gravy. We thought it looked like it needed a good clean to be honest. The steak we couldn’t eat it. Tough as old boots. Any way in the morning our first breakfast we went to Mediterranean restaurant… it’s was very nice Freshly baked bread, fresh waffles, omelettes, and eggs.. Loved it so much we had every meal here. The staff absolutely great couldn’t do enough for us. Especially Mohamed Reda Our Room was cleaned to a high standard everyday These was blood on my bed sheet the first night - not from me. So I took it off and it was changed the next morning. My friend was asked for €10 euros off Karem Mobarak. When she said she didn’t have any euro he then went to another table and asked other guess… I took a photo of his name badge. Needless to say he wasn’t happy. We had a problem getting into our room the cards just wouldn’t work 4 days out of 5 They told us we are keeping them near our phones We had a card done at reception left it in the cardboard holder, went straight to our room and it wouldn’t work… we were told they would get someone to fix it. But it was never repaired. Lobby bar staff were incredible. Cocktail was stunning. I would say to people staying at this hotel to be mindful of the staff.. working long hours and high temperatures.. we got some staff Pepsi. These enough waste in the all inclusive. So please be kind to the staff. Last thing I’ve never stayed anywhere with such rude people who never smile and never say Thank you to the staff….

It was absolutely marvelous vacation. Reception is super polite and attentive. All staff are doing great job, seems they love it. Food, room, service, animation, aqua Park - all just super. And the weather which is so amazing this time, and the Red sea which is just a dream to swim in.

This hotel is one the most lovely hotels that we ever visited, we really loved to do the belly dance and the stretching The food is lovely not in all the restaurants but anyway we have got nine restaurants around so it was okay The bars are fantastic “mojito” is the best The staff they are all lovely and smiling and so friendly they always call you a queen and king 😅 The animation are lovely and they deserve a special thanks “Aliona & Manchester” they really knew how to take care of people for spending time around in the hotel, and all the parties also are amazing here

Very good hotel, all nice people and good quality, next year we will come back. Clean rooms, nice people at the pool bar en near to airport.

The Hotel us very nice. Every day your room is cleaned with new towels and water. We had one room for the four off us, so not a dirrent place for the kids. This was not that bad because your are only to sleep. There are peiple that are selling trips, the jeepsafari but that was a bit of dissapointment not safe and not as promissed. The entertainment is fun! Missing tsaziki saus and feta cheese during lunch and dinner but that is only a tip not that terrible All in all love it

it’s a really nice place with such a nice staff and everything is here including luxuries to all casual stuff we have enjoyed the entertainment program so much and the activities the restaurants are so fansy, the food is really delicious and tasty so nice place to recommend

Good hotel with a full day entertainment program for young and old. Everyone was very happy and friendly. Also the food was amazing and very fresh. The sweets were sooo nice!! The housekeeper in this hotel made a good job in all areas were it really clean. I will recommend it to my friends
