My recent stay at Radisson Blu Hyderabad Banjara Hills was extremely disappointing. Despite checking in at 4 pm, basic amenities such as medicines were not provided upon request, and I was instructed to purchase them myself at 2 am. This lack of care for guests' needs is unacceptable for a reputed five-star hotel. Furthermore, the pool area was overcrowded due to a swimming summer camp, resulting in a poor experience for hotel guests. The lack of cooling in the pre-function area added to the discomfort. Additionally, the restriction on daytime visitors to the room until I insisted otherwise was frustrating. The unprofessionalism extended to the staff, who were more focused on littering than assisting guests. A check-in time of 4 pm for someone who arrived at 2 pm is simply unacceptable. Overall, the experience fell short of the standards expected from a hotel of this caliber.
