I have had a very disappointing experience with the Golden Tulip Hotel. I sincerely hope that some higher Management or owner other than Adeola, the Duty Manager (who lied to me on the spot), can resolve this matter ASAP. We mistakenly booked the Golden Tulip hotel online based on their advert, which presents their hotel in a very inaccurate manner. I got there and did not like it, and the advert was misleading. I told them I wouldn't stay. Adeola promised to refund the money in 3 business days. Today three days later we called back and they now say they won't be refunding it. Anywhere else in the world Visa will refund (since I used an Access Bank Visa Card to pay for it) I need the management team to refund funds that were paid out for a service not provided. Is this not a scam, you have not mentioned how you will refund the money after Adeola promised to refund the money and has said nothing about it. It is called false advertising in another country other than Nigeria you will go to prison, are you doing 419? Please refund the money or we will take other steps to get the money back. You are now refusing to take our phone calls because you are being fraudulent. Only in Nigeria will this happen. If the hotel will not refund the money paid online for services not provided, where will the confidence come from to pay for things online in Nigeria.
