Petunia Ibiza, a Beaumier Hotel

Came here for dinner and live music on the roof top- and it was well worth the 50minute cab ride from Santa Eulalia. The service was lovely, the singer (Conner Reeves) was fabulous, and the view??? OMG- just breathtaking! Would definitely return!

We visited Petunia in 2022 for dinner and immediately fell in love with the place and made plans to return for a few days in 2023. We booked for 4 nights and were excited to secure the Es Vedra Suite for our stay (the images of the suite on the website were spectacular). Alas, we were a little disappointed to discover that there was more than one Es Vedra Suite and we were allocated one that was not as shown on the website (Room 57). The suite next door (Room 56) was the one on the website with the huge wrap around balcony. Room 57’s balcony was much smaller and felt very cramped with the 2 sun beds, large parasol and table/chairs, which as a result meant we were reluctant to spend much time there. The interior of the suite was lovely, especially the bathroom and excellent aircon!! Petunia is a little remote and many will find have a car useful for getting around. We had a reservation at Cafe Mambo on our first night, but the taxi failed to show up (transpires that taxis regularly fail to show at Petunia….unless it is an airport run). As a result, without your own transport, you can feel a little confined to the hotel (I couldn’t get Hotel California out of my head for the first few days,..). Other than those minor irritations, the hotel is fabulous. Lovely aura around the place and very peaceful by the pool. No rush for beds in the morning and the pool was never busy before lunch. Food was lovely in both restaurants, especially lunch in Los Olivos. We enjoyed dinner in La Mesa d’Es Vedra on two evenings and both were excellent, especially on the Monday evening with the added bonus of music and a flamenco show. Evening cocktails in La Mirada Rooftop was a particular highlight, never got tired of the stunning views of Es Vedra throughout the stay!! We will be returning, but will insist upon Room 56!!

For a short while I experienced paradise on Earth…… everything about this hotel nurtures and refreshes the soul. From the wonderfully welcoming team thought out, to the rooms, the beds, the fabulous restaurants, the gardens, the pool and of course the breathtaking views. I’m not surprised it is constantly full. Can’t wait to go back 🙏🏼.

Fantastic views, facilities and lovely service. We arrived by taxi for two nights but if you want to travel to beaches and restaurants I would recommend having a car. Short walk to watch the sunset and Es Vedra, short distance to Cala d´Hort (but not walking distance). Breakfast was great and we had dinner two nights with good food and loverly service.

As the days are shortening and the summer season is taking its reverence for the year I thought to take a moment to review the highlights of the season. And Hotel Petunia is really just that: a highlight. A peaceful hidden corner of the island in the middle of what ought to be the most beautiful region of the island, facing the incredible energy of Es Vedra. The rooms are very simply decorated, minimalistic yet charming and oh so authentic. It feels like a home away from home. It was our second time visiting the premises and we thought to make it a longer stay this time, away from the hussle and bussle of our london lives. The hotel has been updated since our first visit and the beds of the pool are now those lush and comfortable sunbeds, the restaurants are serving delicious food (although now missing the sushi options). The service and amenities are better than many 5 stars we stayed nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My only wish would be to have daily yoga lessons on-site. A pearl on this magical and beautiful island.

My wife and I hosted a large group of our friends and family at the Petunia for a birthday celebration. The venue, service, and experience could not have been executed more perfectly. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and updated... and provided the exact laid-back Ibiza bohemian vibe we were looking for. The landscaping is flawless, and the restaurants, food, and service were all amazing. Weʻve had the good fortune of traveling to many top hotels and resorts around the world, and I can say without the exception the friendly service experience from the staff at Petunia is right up there with the very best. I could not recommend the hotel more.

What a special place Petunia is! The location is iconic and meditative with a look at Vedra almost anywhere in the hotel. The suite we had was relaxing and private but also totally connected. The staff was extraordinary - Elena our super friendly and attentive server always greeted with a smile and aimed to please. Guest experience team led by Asia and supported by Naira and Alexandra were so helpful at every turn. We loved just BEING THERE but it was also a great place to venture from, a short walk to a quiet cove, and we jumped on our bicycles. I hope we can come back sometime before too long!

Wonderful relaxing rural retreat. So peaceful and still..lovely pool..views..massage...rooftop cocktail bar with raw food snacks. Restaurant on an evening and pool bar meals during the day..rocky 10 to 15 min walk to a small bay ...if you want peace n quiet and time yo re charge here is where you can do it.

Wonderful botique hotel. Very peaceful, spacious rooms, great food service. Enjoyed morning breakfast on the patio with view of Es Vedra rock. Gorgeous tropical water views with perfect upper deck area for drinks and sunset. Hope to return soon!
