Overall another good stay at the hotel, food is of a good quality and the service staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at the palladium cala llonga. We had such a lovely time. Theres a really nice mix of guests different ages and nationalities. The staff were very attentive and helpful, the food was the best we have had from a hotel buffet - every dish was really nice and a good selection every night, not the same stuff churned out that you find in most other hotels. Hotel decor is a little tired in some areas and the lifts are very small - but we weren't bothered by this, the rooms were spotlessly clean and housekeeping were in every day changing towels / making bed etc. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the village centre with bars, restaurants and a few shops. We walked on the footpath by the sea it's quite gravelly with a few steps, although there is also a road we never walked along it. Cala llonga is a small resort, more upmarket and chilled which suited us fine. If you want to explore further afield there is a ferry that takes you to Ibiza town (15 euro each one way), es cana, formentera and santa Eulalia (11 euro each one way) The ferries stop running at about 6pm so if,like us you wanted to go out for the evening you would need to get the bus or taxi back. Buses run until about 11pm and we're regular If not a bit hit and miss with the times. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone so no early morning dash for beds! Hotel is pretty quiet, our room was 323 - 'deluxe beach view' - note: from the position of the hotel, I'd say most of the rooms have some sort of view wether it's beach or sea. we slept well and overall had a lovely stay, would happily return.

Excellent adults only hotel in a great location with very good services provided. Good value for money and excellent choice of food in the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and polite and also very efficient. Will definitely be staying here again.

We visited 30th April 2024 for an early anniversary trip. The view the second we stepped out of our transfer bus blew us away. We arrived at 10.20am and the receptionist informed us that breakfast ended at 10.30am. She gave us our all Inclusive wrist bands and told us to go down and grab a quick breakfast and she would check us in afterwards. She didn’t need to do this and it was greatly appreciated! It set the tone for the trip. As the other reviews state.. there is no denying the rooms are dated. They are in dire need of a refurb however they were SPOTLESS and were cleaned every day we were there. The food in the restaurant was fab - a great selection and the wait staff could not do enough for you. Same with the bar staff at the pool and the lobby bar - they were so cheerful and friendly and really made our trip. Even remembered our drink orders and brought a fresh drink over without us having to ask! I did a yoga and a Pilates class with Paola who was fabulous, highly recommend yoga over looking the water for the ultimate relaxation! Paola really knew her stuff and I loved learning from her. If you can over look the the out dated rooms and lift then I can not recommend this hotel enough. The wonderful staff, delicious fresh food and beautiful views are worth it! Can’t wait to visit again!

5 stars all round. Absolute paradise! The staff and accommodation were perfect from start to finish. The views amazing, the food in the restaurant outstanding and choices varied every day. The staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout. All areas of the hotel and resort were spotlessly clean. Ideal location and can't wait to return. Chilled traditional Ibiza vibes in the countryside with a 30second walk to the Ocean.

Staff and food excellent. Hotels clean and does the job! The location is also very pretty. The hotel is however in a quiet bay and none of the local bars/restaurants are open in April. Something to keep in mind if you are not all inclusive. Also only a few buses to and from Ibiza and local towns so would recommend hire car!

Enjoyed every moment of our stay and get to meet cool people there too. All the staff so nice and very friendly. The food is top notch.
