L'Etoile Hotel - All Inclusive

Had an amazing time here.. we were very tired after a delayed flight but couldn't have been more welcomed.. Room was clean and welcoming. Food was lovely. The pool was lovely and clean and very refreshing on a hot day. The entertainment team Mario/Mehmet and Maria were lovely and always good for a giggle. The waiters were always helpful and Azize behind the bar always had a smile.. Will definitely visit again!! 😊

We came here on the 6th of may, late flight so was tiered got there to a porter to take our bags to our rooms. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, all the staff where lovely very helpful. Food was great plenty choice. Big mention to Mario and Maria

I flew with Jet 2 and the experience was better than the other airlines bit not perfect, they charge £2 for the smallest bottle of water and no also charge to guarantee a place for your cabin luggage. Also please note the transfer from Falaman to Icmeler takes 2.5 hours and the Jet 2 rep is from Turkey, so English may not be very good. This is my second time in Icmeler, love the place, the weather was spot on all week too. First time in the hotel, arrived early morning, greeted to some warm biscuits. Good bits.. Great Hotel, right near the beach, has all amenties. Room was clean and everything worked including air con, you got a safe key which was a free option, two bottles of water in the fridge, tea and coffees etc etc I went all inclusive and the food was great, different everyday and good variety. The service was really good and all the staff , were polite and helpful, but obviously not all could speak English. Rachel the Jet2 rep is very helpful too. What's not good then.. School kids, many of them, came for a day, one pushed an elderly lady, a few pushed in the queue and some left plates and plates of food uneaten on the table! We complained to the Customer Relations Manager, who was helpful and spoke to the Teachers, but they did not care, eventually all peace when they left. During the two breaks in the day, ive ice cream was served, but the cake option was biscuits only. WiFi is useless, as did not work in my room and had to come to the foyer, apparently issue with the network? Other stuff.. It's only a few mins walk to get to he beach. The orange bus to Marmaris is also nearby (located outside K'Corner). The three shops at the hotel are great, one is located inside selling designer bags etc and other two on the corridor,one selling some really nice handmade items and the other leather jackets, be prepared to haggle. Overall, I had a great stay and yes I would come back again.

Annoying music around the pool spoilt. The chance of relaxing, very loud , the entertainment guy if u can call him that insists on playing music he likes Extremely loud , the hotel its self is very clean and a lot of improvement has been made , The entertainment definitely needs resolving as a lot of people were complaining

Lang geleden dat we zo lekker eten kregen in Turkije , dit hotel is top Q’Uw food en vriendelijkheid Never had a hotel with so much choice of good food . Top quality really . I recommend this hotel. And I come back. If I may say easy don’t go to the hairdresser, barber nails manicure… totally incapable and not correct about prices . I had the shaving , really I can do better . My girlfriends had the nails … if you want to see somebody colouring nails like an 12 yr old daughter 🫣 take this . 35 € was actually 70€ Shame this Good hotel , thank you for the service

We have just returned from 10 nights all inclusive. First 8 days very enjoyable. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and good food. BUT on day 9 2 coaches of Turkish teenagers (students?) with teachers arrived at lunchtime and quickly descended on the buffet restaurant. Absolute mayhem, guests were pushed and jostled to get to the food , some being elderly with walking aids,, no supervision from the teachers at all, they were too busy filling their faces. Many guests complained to the management and were given the usual apologies and told they would speak to the teachers. Arrangements were made for evening meal that they would eat in a seperate dining area, sounded good , but this was too small for the numbers so they again came into the main dining area. Same problems again. We watched in horror at the food wastage. They piled up their plates again and again and then left so much , especially with desserts. Our complaints were not taken seriously enough, always just told they had spoken to the teachers but that amounted to nothing. This is a lovely hotel, for couples and families, entertainment, swimming pool, location. BUT if you are thinking of booking this hotel, please be aware that coaches of unruly teenagers might arrive one day. It was a disappointing end to our holiday and sadly we will not be returning to this hotel.

Meto and Mohammed chiefs excellent service and looked after us all the way from start to finish.we left hotel wit But I think we left hotel and it was a great experience from start to finish. We got transfers there and back and had a great time while we were in a nightclub.

Back again to L'Etoile, did not disappoint . A lovely welcome by reception, room over looking pool, clean , no complaints everything working, restaurant, waiters and waitresses very nice always a good morning and a smile, big shout out to Tanner he is such a lovely bloke and a Big asset to the hotel. Very attentive. Food was very tasty and dessert delicious, always something you will like you will not starve. Drinks , spirits are served from minature bottles so people cannot say they are watered down. Pool lovely walk in easier for people with mobility issues. Laughs with entertainment team, all in all will be back lost count of how many times we been here

Even though we didn't have any kids with us the entertainment wasn't that good. Same dance routine every day,same games every day as well. Food was repetitive but good enough to eat and the beds in the rooms where hard. Efes beer in the hotel was flat. When the entertainment staff wasn't working there wasn't any background music at all.
