Its a very peaceful place set with a beautiful location, the staff were very friendly and responsible. If you are a nature lover and wants to spend some time outside the city this place is what i recommend, the sound of waterfall and nature will give you a pleasant feeling. The food was awesome too

Tucked away in misty mountains, the best place for that quiet vacation. A place with good amenities, nice and clean rooms and courteous and helpful staff. The most ideal place for that quiet vacation if you are planning a trip to Munnar It is always draped in mist which I feel is the highlight of the resort. Food also was good. The staff was also courteous and highly helpful

n lap of nature where the morning mist greets you and the dusk settles around the surrounding tea estates..a surreal feeling. The people are very kind and helpful, spontaneous with any requirement. I travelled with my family. Rooms are cozy. I view was brilliant--giving away to the entire valley! Food is also good for all taste buds! The plus was internet connectivity for urgent stuff. If you are a nature lover, it is perfect for solo stay too!!

Entire property and atmosphere is pleasant and natural friendly. We had booked dulex mountain view rooms that is a standard rooms for 3 night stay and these rooms are quite okay in terms of interior and arrangement but due to wooden furniture and interior use rooms are quite musty. Rooms don’t have ac and not required either as nature has its own cool and pleasant weather. Staff is attentive and service is good. I found location quite far from the munnar market place.

From outside its not looks like the quality of room they have. Its have small proerty with limited room but i fall in love after entering in room. It was neat and clean and well maintain, decoration of room was also excellent, staff was also courteous.

The rooms are clean, have hot water and offer all standard comfort. The hotel operator is available to help with any questions you may have about munnar or anything else about the stay. It was a wonderful stay for exploring the national parks and beautiful surroundings.

We really enjoyed our three-night stay in the peaceful and serene The Leaf. The hotel was very luxurious with absolutely beautiful view. All the staff were the most friendly, polite, and professional. Especially receptionist Shilpa was graceful welcoming us and making sure all our needs were met. We were also very happy with the morning yoga classes with Anili, who helped to raise both our physical and mental wellbeing. The room was spaceous and clean with good facilities. Food options in the restourant buffet were always plentiful and delicious. Furthermore, we appreciated the possibility to send post cards from the hotel.

Laundry bag, chappals, dental kit, iron box are missing in room. Laundry bags available only after 8:30 am, rest of the requested items never arrived. Restaurant people don't know about the cost of the buffet.

Zostel arranged few good things like bonfire and music.
Loved the overall experience except for the sleep part. I think if you need sound sleep, private room is better than dorm coz people coming in dorm at anytime disturbes your sleep. Rest all good, 5* from me!

Our accommodation was on the third level, with a lovely view of the tea garden. The breakfast is fantastic. The employees are polite and pleasant. This hotel offers complimentary breakfast for drivers, but does not provide complimentary accommodations for drivers. One significant issue is that you cannot get there without a car because the route is so muddy and uneven that you can only drive 5 km/h on it. I don't understand why there are so ***y large hotels on one road. The area would be paradise if each hotel paid for the construction of 20 metres of new road. Everything about this place is off due to the dangerous road. The sound from the Fourth Floor kitchen make us awake all the times but when we complain the sound got less... GGuest UserAdrak summer sand hill resort is located near pine valley vagamon. The lane leading to pine valley is narrow and also crowded. Lots of small shops have been erected all alongside the narrow lane. Hence you have to take utmost care while driving through this narrow lane before entering the resort. The staff at the reception was courteous. The staff has contacts with local jeep drivers. Hence they'll help you to arrange jeep for local site seeing and for off-road site seeing. There's enough parking space for 10-15 cars. There's a restaurant also inside the resort. It serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The food is quite decent. Rooms are spacious and kept neat. Geysers are also provided in the bathroom for hot water baths. There are only one or 2 plug points for charging. The plug points are difficult to find out and you'll find it underneath the tv. Also switches are not maintained well and some of the switches don't work properly. Overall the stay at the resort was good. I would definitely recommend this resort if you're visiting vagamon.

GGuest UserIt's a nice resort with a great view of the forest. A good place for a family vacation. The breakfast buffet was also decent with north and south indian dishes. They provided us jeep service for pick up and drop off to the property as it's connected by a very steep road. Overall a good stay.
