The water park is very poorly maintained. Most of the rides dont function. The changing room showers do not work at all. There is no coordination amongst the staff members. The rates, facilities shown on internet site and actual venue has lot of difference. The food quality is worst. No value for money. Wont recommend to any one.

I visired Shagun resort with my family, it was memorable stay. Mountain view room was really scenic with farms view from balcony. Resort staff wer very helpful & restaurant & Food appreciable. Manager Mr Azad is highly professional. Family stay at Shagun resort can b recommended.

My name is vishal Kothari,we are staying here 2 night 3 Days package, food was excellent,staff was so superb,no hidden charges,so many outside food Arya,Hall resort net & clear with full greenary,we given the order resturant staff immediately served us. Igatpuri railway station to shagun resort only 10 minutes distance, early check in available no extra charges, overalll stay superb awesome Thank you so much shagun team

Good climate, nice rooms and services, good food and other stuff, fine greenary and views, great place for couples, friends and families, near to the main mumbai nasik high way, staff is very helpful, resort is sorrunded by hills and forests .

Fine Resort and water park and food too Nice climate and good service, resort is surrounded by mountains. we enjoyed our stay here, Staff is also very helpful, specially The general manager Mr. Azad is very cooperative person.

One of the value for money resort . I have seen in Igatpuri. Property 5* Food 5* Service* Accomodation 5* Overall from my side 5* They made us feel special . Good friendly behaviour made our trip special. I love shagun resort.

Superb Stay..... The location was superb it was accounting with all the good nature and good view overall I enjoyed the stay with my friends. The property is surrounding with good nature rooms was very good and clean and spacious hospitality of this resort is superb, Also the general manager Mr Azad is a very helpful person.
