They were nothing but kind from the get-go of the staff the rooms were very very clean I thought that it was going to be very expensive for the stay at first but it was well worth $150 for the room that I had got I would definitely refer this to someone else and I would stay there again.

Given 1st fl.handicapped room- it was the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in- smelled like mold, dirty carpet, overloaded plug socket, cobwebs and layers of dust by the bed/nightstand, dirty phone, blood on the comforter, smelly pillows and grimy looking shower. Front desk said we were lucky to even get a room when asked if we could change. Used blanket in closet instead of comforter and covered pillow with my travel blanket. Had to sleep w/ a mask on due to my allergies. Husband would not let me complain further as he was tired from driving and wanted to sleep. Worst Hilton property I've ever stayed at. We are members also. Can't believe the 4 star rating. 2nd hotel that didn't live up to ratings on here.

Couldn’t use room as soon I walked in it was obvious tried to get a refund they refused for simply walking into the room had to charge back by calling in this hotel is a scam stay away from this hotel as much as possible not worth money or time going to it

First, the staff at his hotel are AMAZING! I didn’t get names, but the front desk and breakfast attendants were fantastic. However, I was disappointed with the hotel otherwise. I checked in online the day before and requested a digital key so that I could go straight to my room since I was arriving late. My digital key was never delivered so I had to stop at the desk, show ID, and go through that whole process. My digital key was delivered about 15 minutes later. My room was large and well-appointed. The couch was comfortable for sitting. The bed was not so comfortable. Temperature was easily controlled but the unit was very loud and rattled all night. There were some cleanliness issues. There were 2 different shoe prints on the tile outside the bathroom (neither were mine) and there was a yellow stain on the hand towel that was hanging. The elevator floor was also quite dirty. Breakfast was standard and they kept up well with a big crowd. The eggs were cold though, which was odd because they kept bringing fresh eggs out. I don’t fell I got my money’s worth, but it was overall a perfectly fine stay. Again, the people who work here make all the difference.

Jun was excellent. He was very polite and well mannered. He went out of his way to be helpful, even giving my Mom soup out of his own locker because that was all that she could handle eating while recouping from surgery. And my Dad really enjoyed his fresh baked cookies!

Staff were nice and friendly. Room was big, clean and ready to be used, with nice wood-work - looked like new furnitures. Breakfast was simple and small, but filling. Kitchen staff and manager were the best features for breakfast as they greeted everyone and came back to check, and took our trash away. They even said goodbye to everyone afterwards!!

Jun at the front desk was awesome the weather was bad it took me 5 hours to get here from Dayton ohio but the moment I enter the building he made me smile and it was his birthday HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUN 🎉🎉 U ROCK very appreciated I stayed in room 404 the room was also great thank u

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The gym and pool area were very clean, breakfast was great, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Jun, Francisco, Maria, and Leslie made us feel at home while on the road. Coming from the light/intersection I would suggest using the second entrance as the first entrance has a steep grade.
