FabHotel Prime Grand Palace I

Budget hotel of not of good quality, it is not worth of tariff around rs 1000 to 1500. Room amenities are poorly maintained.

I have to wait for more than 40 minutes for checkout after completing all the formalities because they don't have any ready room and room was not cleaned properly. Room was too small as per price. In photos they show you some other rooms but in realty room was too small and not cleaned as per standard.

Location is good, cleanly and clean and clear rooms

Good staff and services. Clean and shining property. The service of staff makes my trip more satisfied.

Staff behaviour and nice, room cleaning was good, other services better. Over all are good.

As to start with it's a hotel right next to their banquets so parking is a big time issue here, moving ahead to the reception one wouldn't be able to find it as it's on the 1st floor of the property as it's made somehow like an apartment structure. The staff is least bothered to entertain the guest as i found the staff a bit rude in language. Comming to the room it's not as it's mentioned in description, comparatively smaller room, basic amenities such as intercom was not working, i had to go down back to the reception to ask for anything required. I booked the stay for 2 days as i had to attend a wedding nearby, due to which i asked the staff to make the room for next day which i had to get it done in front of me when i came back even after handing the keys at the reception too. I handed the keys at reception around 9am in the morning for cleaning and returned back around 2pm in the afternoon to which i found the keys are with the staff who was not in the hotel so i had to wait for the keys for another 20 minutes, n this also resulted in an unclean room. Even i couldn't take the shower properly as the shower head fall on me when i was taking shower.

Good location but having some major issue like table or ac don't have remote. This is the issues tv not working.

Terrible stay. mentioned room size 300 sq ft but actually room size is 80 sq ft. No ventilation in room. No study table as mentioned. Leakage in bathroom.

Ok nice place to visit good staff security and rooms. Rooms are clean large bed and clean bathroom must visit
