The accommodation is immaculately clean, very well designed and finished. Our hosts were very professional and the breakfast was superb. The tables were all laid out with Royal Albert plates and high quality cutlery. Coffee is served out of cups and the whole experience was very tasteful.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely inn. We stayed in the Esh Suite located on the second floor of one of the out buildings. It contains a king sized bed a compartmentalized bath which was very convenient. There is a living kitchenette room with a comfortable sofa. The food was delicious breakfast consisted of a buffet of fruit, granola , sweet breads and juice. A main course of three options is then cooked to order. They give you a menu to choose from the day before. There is water and soda available plus cookies and brownies and pretzels in the parlor. Everything was spotless and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is convenient to all the sights but quiet because most of the rooms sit back from the main road. We didn’t use the Spa maybe next time.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The room is the perfect size and the bed is very comfy. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly and fun. We were right in the middle of downtown Intercourse so it was convenient to all the things we wanted to do.

I have always dreamed of staying in a bed and breakfast. This beautiful place more than EXCEEDED my expectations. It was an impromptu stay, so I was by myself. I will absolutely be back with my husband. Paige was just so kind and was there to greet me when I arrived. I walked down to the Olde Mille Restaurant and had an excellent steak with the bottle of wine I grabbed down the street. Carl was there and at the Inn. He is just the best! Josh whipped up the best breakfast I've ever had. And Jennifer was more than amazing. I can't say enough great things. I loved this Inn so much. All the beauty surrounding it. And the sweet puppers, Daisy, was the highlight for me! I stayed in the Johnson suite and it was fabulous. You have to go!

I've stayed at the Inn many times, and have been totally happy each time. Carl and his team go out of their way to make their guests comfortable. The Inn is always clean and well kept, and the gardens and grounds are beautiful in the summer. Carl's breakfasts were always amazing and now Chef Ty is cooking too, and everything is always delicious. The town of Intercourse is quiet and laid back and the area is fun to explore, again and again. You should go stay at the Inn!

My husband & I have been going to the Inn & Spa for many years. Carl has made many wonderful changes since he bought the property. Jen, Kim & the entire staff are very friendly and helpful! Ty, the Executive Chef, is amazing! We always stay in either the Zook, Stoltzfus or Fisher suites and they are all upgraded, comfortable and very clean. The grounds are well maintained with many new plants & bushes. The Inn & Spa is a great location when visiting Lancaster. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Customer service was excellent! From the moment I arrived to the day that I left, everybody was so nice and helpful. The young woman, Abby helping me to check in, Jennifer, answering my questions through the phone and in person, and Carl’s amazing breakfast meals. It was my birthday weekend and the birthday card with the little chocolates was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the Therapeutic massage at the spa with Mariah. I would definitely come back again!

Cute place, gives off a very homey and pleasant atmosphere. Self service envelope was ready as stated. Room was cozy with separate bedroom, living room. Nice amenities in room, kuerig coffee maker, pods, mini fridge with water bottles, shower amenities plus robes provided. Would have liked HDTV, no biggie. Fireplace was nice & warmed things up nicely. Breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold selections, home made items as well. Didn't have time to explore common areas but looked enticing. Rainy day and evening there during our 1 day stay, check more of the place next time.

The Inn and Spa at Intercourse Village is one of our favorite places to get away! Everyone at the Inn is so friendly, the breakfasts are the best. The rooms are well kept, there are always cookies and beverages in the main house to enjoy. We love the Wilbur Chocolate treats for return guests!
