It's nice and clean an the people are nice to. They have a pool in sauna in the hot tub

Everything was very good, good breakfast, rooms, just the shuttle to the airport is so bad the schedule is not very good organized, I have to wait 1 hour at terminal 1 for them to pick me up, the parking is not at the hotel,they take you to another parking lot so is not comfortable it all!! Otherwise the hotel is very good,they have to improve in transportation.

I booked a jacuzzi suite after traveling and was looking forward to relaxing. When we got into the jacuzzi we discovered that the buttons were broken for starting the jets.

Front desk was very helpful. The housekeeping was not they left the trash can full of the last guest garbage and hair in the bathtub.

Good location. They shuttled us to the airport and picked us up when we returned in a timely manner. We have stayed here multiple times and will stay again.

I’m doing this, in hopes that the establishment reads this and fixes the issues. I read the reviews prior to booking and it was a gamble I took. Bad choice on my part. Upon checking in, front desk was on the phone swearing at whomever they were talking to and then greeted me. Got into the room, big blue ink stains, what looked like remnants of vomit on the toilet and bottom frame of the door. A desk light that wouldn’t stay on and flickered continuously, broken outlet cover, a chunk of wall missing above the ac/heater unit, A BIG BOOGER ON OUR BED SHEET, floor was sticky next to the bed and more knicks/scrapes on the walls. Breakfast was the best part.

Americinn in Inver Grove Heights is a convenient close location to family and the price per night is affordable. The hotel has received a facelift and there is some nice improvements. However, when the plumbing is leaking and soaking the carpet under and near the sink and it was very apparent no one cleaned the vanity or tub, pretty big turn off. I realize this is one person that likely didn't care about the quality of their work, but it reflects on the entire experience and business itself.

I like the hot tubs in the room but they need to paint and touch up a lot of things around the rooms and building.

Rooms somewhat updated. Beds super hard. Breakfast was okay but waffles turned out raw on the inside every day as their batter was too watered down. No room service was provided, even though "service room" sign was put out.
