Lovely comfy room with everything you Need, tasty all you can eat breakfast and lovely staff, excellent service and value, well placed for all attractions and a few shops close by, enjoyed my stay

Hotel staff were great, very friendly and approachable, room was comfortable, bath is a rarity in a premier inn so was much appreciated. The restaurant is a different story, large group of us had headed to the location as we were away for the weekend for a drive together. We were perfectly polite through and moved when asked and in general did as we were asked each and every time. Although being a tad loud given we were a big group, we put an absolute fortune in the till and no one was overly drunk or misbehaving. In spite of this we took dogs abuse off the staff serving others instead of us, constantly complaining and eye rolling. Made a great night a very uncomfortable environment. As they came round to inform us of last orders it was made clear it was last orders and we were getting kicked out despite doing no wrong or causing any trouble. Everyone else in the restaurant and bar had this information politely passed onto them. A friend asked for a glass of water to take to his room and they reluctantly gave him one after discussion. Wouldn’t give any of them a job never mind a customer facing one, totally embarrassing, totally unwelcoming, and totally unacceptable

Stayed at the hotel lastnight and had the best sleep ever! Struggled to get up this morning!😅 nightshift receptions Calvin and Kelly were lovley and a credit to the hotel! So friendly, welcoming and nothing was a trouble for them! - will definitely be back to stay again!

The Hotel stay was pleasant enough but getting a bill for £100 for parking there was not!!! The bill arrived some two weeks later even though I was registered as a guest and logged into their parking register. Guest will want to beware of bringing their cars.

Easy to find, lots of parking spots. The desk was unmanned when we arrived, and the screens were down, but staff appeared quickly when we pressed the bell. The room was comfortable and dust-free, although the bath could've done with a deeper clean. Extra pillows were available. My only complaint would be the lack of security. The door to the rooms takes a while close, and staff seem to open it to anyone. When I was leaving in the morning, they opened and held it for a couple who hadn't yet checked in. It wasn't expensive, but you can get a better experience in a better area of the city for around the same price, including some right in the city centre. I've noticed Premier Inn prices creeping up over the last couple of years, while independents remain stable. Shop around.

Very run down since our last stay here . Staff were very unfriendly, not approachable at all. Rooms were very dirty and run down . Pun attached for bfast has least interested staff I have ever seen . Disappointed overall

Our first Christmas away in 27 years ,and the Christmas meal was mucked up but sorted out. Got up to have breakfast Christmas morning and told that we would have to go to another hotel as no staff had turned up. We just asked for a refund. Not sure if we have even got it back yet . But overall a nice time was had by my wife and myself. Nice staff.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed due to issue in kitchen. Check in was simple and quick. . This hotel is not far from city centre and there's public transport. Also ask reception for places to eat. Great recommendations.
