Premier Inn Inverness Centre - River Ness

No laundry service ☹️ Deficient breakfast and dinner

Location was great and room was really spacious as well. However, there was very limited parking spaces and we took the last available slot for the day. Otherwise we will have to park somewhere else and walk back to the hotel. The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly as well. Good place to stay.

We needed hotel for one night. This was a good experience. Room size was comfortable and adequate -especially compared to other Highlands properties. Great location along the river close but thankfully not in the heart of tourist centre but down the street from great restaurants.

This was our 4th visit to the Premier Inn River Ness and it did not disappointment. Very attentive staff, lovely wee bar area for relaxing and a nice comfortable room with seating.

We stayed here based on Tripadvisor reviews. Centrally located next to the best restaurants in town. Great location to explore the town. Staff friendly and gave good dinner recommendations. Room is basic but everything worked. Breakfast was very good. Fresh made eggs and various other items. Quiet. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located with easy access to all that Inverness has to offer (especially pubs, restaurants and shopping). But also quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking is limited in the hotel's carpark. Lots of kudos to the woman who was working on the day we checked in (I didn't catch her name though); she exhibited extreme patience with a belligerent and verbally aggressive patron, despite his repeated verbal assaults on her. Excellent customer service! We will be back!

Since the price of the room was on the higher side, I was expecting the Hotel to be good. The room carpets were filthy which was not visible but was felt when walking bare foot. Rooms were not being properly cleaned (even after placing a request at the reception) as glass rings on the desk remained all 3 days I was there. Kid playing was also an issue as he was dropping his toys under the bed which was filthy and needed immediate cleaning.

The hotel is a little hard to find as Google sends you to the back door. The front door is right along the river. Check in went smoothly, though they said I owed them a little more when I got there. Not sure why. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was intermittent, which we were told was common. You get a pass code for wi-fi that kicks you out and you have to ask for another one each day. That was annoying. The hotel was relatively clean. The room was clean and spacious. We upgraded to a Premier Room and it was worth it. You have to ask for towels daily and also have to book your breakfast time each day. Breakfast was tasty and worth it, especially to not have to go find some place open with options for both of us. Definitely worth the price paid to stay so close to the main part of town. And almost everything is within walking distance. We had no trouble walking from the train station to our hotel.
