This was a lovely hotel. The location was perfect for us because it was on the quieter side of the hotel although not accessible without golf cart or taxi. The breakfast in the morning was great. It has a very small beach but great pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

The room and property were good.
The staff was unhelpful with basic hotel 101 stuff- “can you help me rent a bike?” No. “Can you help me arrange transportation to the airport?” No. “Can you help me find a golf cart to rent?” No.
Also the food and drinks were really bad at their cafe. Sour mix for the margaritas and some pretty inedible (partially frozen) salmon crudo.
Finally, the location is bad. It’s far from everything. If you stay here, you’ll NEED a golf cart. Make sure to rent it ahead of time. I learned the hard way!

This was our second stay at the Hotel Izla. It is a beautiful, well-maintained property. We love the breakfast buffet, the gorgeous beach view and the large pool.

Its a nice hotel. We will probably stay there again. Wish the service was a little better but overall it was good. The room was great. We like this location its quiet!

Gorgeous property on the southern part of the island, great breakfast and kind and caring staff. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a waterfront property, but to say it has beach access is not quite right. The beach isn't really usable for swimming or snorkeling. It's okay to put your toes into sand, but that's about it.
