Family Selection at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Had a great experience at the Grand Palladium Costa Mesa. Grounds are beautiful and everyone was so helpful/friendly. One server in particular made a great impression. Originally from the US (the south!), it was nice to have a Isreal help us during our time there. Highly recommend the resort and ask for Isreal!

They call us repeaters—we've been to this resort over a dozen times, and that should be enough to end our review. Daniela was an incredible butler and helped my wife and I tremendously throughout our stay. Every time I asked for something, she always responds and takes care of it. We appreciate her dedication to her job and made our stay felt like home. Thank you Daniela!

The bartender Miguel was outstanding at the nest! Very friendly and informative on the cocktails they provided. Armando the captain was extremely helpful as well ! We stopped in for a water and a drink before a wedding we were the only ones inside as they had just opened and they immediately pulled us seats at the bar so we had a comfortable seat to grab a drink. They were super friendly and inviting and we will definitely be back for dinner !

Although our trip was last minute and brief my mom, son and I had a wonderful time. The food was exceptional, the cleanliness of all the facilities were amazing, the landscaping was beautiful and the unique butler service provided by Enrique and Jair was what we needed. The convenience of having someone to make recommendations and arrangements for us was accommodating and made our weekend getaway more enjoyable!!!!

It's peaceful and quiet, beautiful, pristine, not too crowded, close to the beach we love our room its panoramic ocean view, great staff great food

Second time staying at this resort. Doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful facilities, kind staff, excellent food, beautiful beach. One person stood out, Frida, our butler. Always helpful and with a smile. She arranged late checkout for us which was critical as we had a late flight. She also helped us with various other things during our stay and our kids loved her too. Very sweet and kind.
