Family Selection at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Love the resort. a lot of different things to do in different areas. We were there for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The only thing I would say is more golf carts at night.

We came to Cancun for the first time for a wedding, and had a wonderful time at the resort. We upgraded to family selection, and for us it was well worth it. Our butlers Luis and Isaac were awesome, in fact the service as a whole was first class. Special shout out to breakfast at Capricho, just incredible. Sumptuori Japanese sushi bar was a highlight. Would definitely come here again!

This is for "The Nest". We ate here several times during our stay. It was wonderful each time. The bartender Miguel Canul is so attentive and always has a good drink selection. Our servers are excellent each time and the captain Armando checked in with us often. He remembered us by name each time. The breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. Access to the beaches and pools is nearby, so this the perfect place to eat before and after water activities. Absolutely loved it.

What started as a not-so-great experienced was swiftly turned into a stay of a lifetime. Dave, the manger on duty made sure our experience was turned around. All of the staff is amazing and very warm. Angel, Armando, Dagoberto , Rubi and Miguel were amazing at The Nest. Nathaly and Isaac, butlers on family selection. Yahaira and Israel in the pool area were very attentive. We’ll be back very soon and can’t wait to make more memories at Family Selection.

Israel - was the most gracious and accommodating waiter we have had since our arrival to your wonderful resort. It was a pleasure having him attending to our needs.

Fabulous day at The Members Pool Costa Mujeres TRS. Israel was our INCREDIBLE server during the pool day. It was hot and busy. He didn’t miss a beat! Always smiling, joking and on top of everything!! Thank you Israel for making my day that much better.

My husband my son (6) and I have been coming to this resort for the last 3 years and this is our 4th time going. We love coming back every time. We were always against becoming members of hotel clubs (ex. Timeshare), however we became members of the travel club the first time we went there and we are very happy with our membership. Last year my husband and I went for a quick getaway to another of their Palladium resorts in DR and kept comparing that resort to the one in Costa Mujeres, which we love due to multiple reasons but mainly due to the great service we receive every time we go there, the attention and different activities for the kids. We just came back from a 10 day stay at Costa Mujeres Family Selection and so far it has been the best experience we’ve had. It’s not a perfect place, but we (my husband and I) and our son (6 yrs. Old) had an amazing time. A few minor hiccups during our stay were addressed promptly - Special Thanks to our concierges Nathaly and Maykelind for always being on top of all our request / feedback and addressing our concerns in a timely manner. Maykelind for going above and beyond of what we needed. One night we were running a bit late to our dinner reservation and she contacted the restaurant and obtained approval from manager to accept us for dinner past 15 minutes of grace time. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning at The Nest, where they made us feel very welcome and part of the family. Special thanks to the General Manager Javier Ruiz, Mauricio, Dagoberto and Angel who remembered us from prior visits and provided us such excellent service. Also the Manager for the afternoon and night shift Armando always greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I would say The Nest has the best friendly and servicing staff. And I can’t forget to mention Miguel the Mixologist! He is extremely talented and we pay him visit every day at 3:30pm for our daily drink (one of many :) ). If you ever find your self near The Nest after 3:30 make sure to go and see Miguel for one of his wonderful mix drinks… “the Carajillo” and “El Porteno” are the best! Highly recommended. This whole team made our stay very remarkable. Lastly but not least, the staff at the Family Selection Pool. First of all Yajaira, she is so dedicated, passionate and loving with all kids. She really takes care of all the families at the pool making sure everyone is doing well and taken care of. Every time my son saw her he would get so happy a

Poor experience overall. Food quality is horrible, drinks are watered down, and the beet is warm... simply gross!
