Zoetry Villa Rolandi Isla Mujeres Cancun

Loved this place. Quaint, comfy, beautiful . Good outstanding. Workers are top notch . Definitely recommend

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. From the boat ride to and from the island to the friendly staff we could not be more pleased. The room and hotel are immaculate. They are always cleaning. Sunset boat ride is beautiful and not to be missed. The food is delicious. We had excellent meals breakfast lunch and dinner. Sunset is great to watch from the pool. We can not wait to return.

Best food and service! Once they reopen after renovations it should be the Villa Rolandi we have expected over the years.

Zoetry Villla Rolandi Isla Mueres ,Que bueno que lo van a remodelar , es urgente que lo hagan , y también que capaciten a su personal para un mejor servicio al huésped y a los socios UVC....estuvimos hospedados en un viaje familiar en Semana Santa y aunque la propiedad esta en una ubicación privilegiada deja mucho que desear la limpieza, los camastros sucios de excremento de pajaro seco y encima de eso te acomodan tu toalla al igual que al rededor de la piscina y no lo limpian, a las personas de la recepción les falta actitud y disposicion , Nunca nos había tocado en ningún hotel y menos en el de la cadena AmResort o World of Hyatt, que nos pusieran toallas en el baño viejas y deshilachadas , este hotel no cumple con los estándares de la cadena, llevamos años hospedándonos en diferentes resorts incluyendo Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita y no nos habia tocado experimentar nada así, mis hijos tuvieron un problema con su jacuzzi y empezó a salir humo que se metio a la habitación y dejo un olor muy desgradable y las personas de recepción lo querían arreglar con unas fresas con chocolate y poniendo resistencia para cambiarlos de habitacion hasta que mi esposo pudo hablar con Abdiel quien muy atento y con mucho mas disposición de darnos soluciones y no excusas pudo cambiarlos de habitacion y al otro día el Sr. Ivan Santos Gerente del hotel muy atento y profesional fue a hablar con mi esposo y a ponerse a la orden. Afortunadamente tuvimos a unas grandes personas que le dieron a nuestra estancia momentos muy gratos que a nuestro criterio son los que sostienen el lugar con su excelente trabajo, servicio y atención como Saulo capitán del restauran Casa Rolandi, donde la comida esta muy rica y el se encargaba de hacer muy buenas recomendaciones , Jabbar siempre dispuesto y atento a todo lo que necesitamos al igual que Orlando el otro mesero que siempre estuvo muy atento y Jose Luis el encargado de socios UVC, quien igualmente fue muy atento y amable.....ojala y los conserven cuando cierren el hotel para remodelarlo porque tienen toda la disposición , y experiencia de como hacer muy bien su trabajo. No es suficiente que el restaurant tenga tan buena fama ,por su comida y las personalidades que lo visitan y pareciera que es a lo único que le apuestan .

We spent 8 beautiful days there in March 2024. It's a nice 35-room hotel. But what made our stay memorable and the reason I'm writing this review was because of the STAFF. Literally from the moment we arrived to the time we left, they were there to please and cater to our every need. We quickly learned that all you have to do is ask. And they promptly and professionally did whatever they could to make it happen. It all starts with Vanessa and Daniel at the front desk. Then at the Casa Rolandi restaurant. Dennis was amazing, but also Saulo, Jenner, José, and the whole staff. The maid who did our room and the pool waiters too. There was a gardener, I can't remember his name, he was an older gentleman, he wore a green shirt and pants. I want to thank them and all the staff, for making this wonderfully memorable experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful: especially Leo and Jorge. The food was always delicious and well prepared. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature for swimming and just resting in the water. I will, hopefully return after the remodel this year.

As many of the reviews have said this property is gorgeous and private and they make you feel very welcome the minute you arrive. The staff is amazing and the restaurants were off the charts-- especially for an all inclusive. I sprained my ankle unfortunately walking into the hotel on our last day and the staff went above and beyond by providing ice, wrapping my ankle and providing crutches until we departed the next day. They also ensured I had wheelchair service to and while I was at Cancun airport. I can say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Zoetry. I do hope to return soon, but the place definitely needs some TLC as it is dated which I understand is coming soon!!!

Not a 5 -star (needs some improvements) BUT it is a lovely resort and we had a great stay here. Staff is polite and friendly, our room very clean and food delicious. There is also a great view of the sunset from the rooms terrace. The complimentary catamaran pick-up and drop off service is definitely a plus. I would recommend it!

We visited this hotel at the suggestion of a friend and we were very pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel is older and somewhat dated in decor, they will be undergoing extending remodeling in the next few months. The staff are fantastic and the food is superb.
