餐廳包一日三餐自助，品種很豐富，晚餐最遲可以吃到凌晨兩點，對喜歡吃吃喝喝的人來説，非常方便，前台和行李員服務很好，行李從大廳到房間，需要樓梯搬上搬下，石頭路面，行李根本拉不動，所以需要行李員幫忙拿
酒店是好酒店，除了房間很潮濕，大床被子太短，蓋不到腳，枕頭不舒服且有頭油味，黑色飛蟲很多，衞生做的不夠到位，其它都還不錯，希望酒店加強服務員的衞生清潔，如果有機會再來，還會繼續入住，謝謝

beautiful and exotic location, I think that’s the only positive thing. But the rooms leave a bit to be desired, namely the fact of having problems with ants in the room so that in the morning I wake up with them in bed, not to mention the earwig that was in the children's bed, and this wasn't only on our room as our friends had the same problem. Forgotten things are not reported! When leaving, I forgot the Airpods in the room under the pillow, I realised when boarding. I sent an email to report that I had forgotten it and the customer service didn't even bother arguing that they didn't find anything and that they had already given the room to other customers. IF YOU WANT A SAFE HOTEL FOR YOUR, YOUR CHILDREN AND FOR THE THINGS IN THE ROOM, AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

Ignore the bad reviews, I could not fault our stay. Great welcome at reception and staff very accommodating. great room, good food, great drinks. Our room was cleaned everyday and it was my birthday whilst away and received some cake which was a welcome gesture. Being from England we were the minority but this did not phase our party. Shout out to Deniz great waiter and the two guys behind the main bar by the pool who looked after us really well. Suggestions Entrainment team, if you were from Italy then the entertainment staff would stop and talk particularly on an evening, not one member of ET had a discussion with us! Assumption English language being their 2nd or 3rd language. Activities these were repetitive every day, for your guests to inter act more have silly games ie. Water balloon in towel held each end by the couple to pass over the other side like volleyball. Learn a song ie clap clap song where again you can get your guests to join in. The pool bar, have this open on an evening which would take some pressure off the main bar. Turkish restaurant wasn’t the best experience and I feel you needed more staff on to avoid long waits between courses. Small tweaks/improvements will go far to make everyone’s holiday a brilliant and better experience. I would definitely go back to this hotel 😁

Fantastic hotel for the price we paid. All facilities were great, staff were very friendly. There are two swimming pools on the premises, one of them is a relaxation pool where children are not allowed, so you can relax there in a peaceful atmosphere. The food is great, the a la carte restaurant is outstanding. The beach is large and the views are beautiful. The rooms are simple but comfortable. If you use common sense and don't expect The Ritz London quality (the price is completely different, but some people seem to expect the same quality since it's a 5 star hotel), we highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately this hotel wasn't as great as I thought, I give 3 star only about staff at main restaurant especially for waiter called Ali ,he was amazing when he was serving as we always had everything what we need especially because it's was 14 of us,unfortunately reservation wasn't that great especially a manager wich from Russia was very aggressive and start speaking with staff on her language in front of me wich make me feel very uncomfortable, her English was very bad as a manager so unfortunately we will not coming back

My husband and I recently had an amazing holiday in this wonderful resort. Every corner of the resort is like a painting 🤩 Everything is very clean and well taken care of, with attention to detail. There's so much green all around. Bougainvillea, Hibiscus 🌺 and Oleander give fairytale vibes. Every person working there is kind and lovely. We also appreciate a lot that the people working at the reception asked us multiple times during our stay if everything was alright, or if we had any suggestions to give to improve their services. We found amazing also the idea of water dispenser all over the resort, also on the beach, to give the opportunity to be always properly hydrated (believe me, the sun in Türkiye is very strong!). We also appreciate a lot the Italian animation, we had a lot of fun with those guys. Top service also at the dinning area, all the waiters are good and very attentive at their jobs. There's a large variety of food available. My husband enjoyed trying different food everyday, I was more into the Italian pasta. Chef Simone proposed different pasta sauce for every meal. We'll never forget the amazing time we had at the Kairaba Bodrum Imperial ❤️

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were initially given a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner. However, the reception staff promptly addressed the issue and moved us to a new room. This room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a well-functioning split AC system, which made our stay more pleasant. The swimming pool area was a highlight of the hotel, providing a nice place to relax and unwind. However, the dining experience was a significant letdown. Despite being a hotel in Turkey, Turkish cuisine was noticeably absent from the menu. The food options were repetitive and lacked flavor, which was disappointing for my family. My husband and daughter, in particular, found the meals unappealing but had to eat out of necessity. On a positive note, the dining experience was somewhat salvaged by the presence of two brothers, Omar and Ramazaan, who worked in the restaurant. They were very welcoming during mealtimes, with Omar’s jokes and funny faces adding a touch of cheer to our otherwise bland dining experiences. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is quite far from the main town center, requiring a 35-minute drive. This was an oversight on my part, as I didn’t check the distance before booking. In summary, while the hotel had some strong points like the accommodating staff and a pleasant pool area, the poor food quality and lack of variety significantly detracted from our overall experience.
