From the very start of our trip it was 1st class. The hotel contacted me by phone to make sure that we got onto the ferry ok. ( the hotel is on Democracy & Liberty island and only accessible by ferry or sea taxi). Check inn was easy and a nice refreshing drink on arrival. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a 2 bed family suite. Truly 5*. This hotel is absolutely an amazing find. It’s never busy which is a real shame. The staff are so tentative & could not do enough for us. Just the one restaurant open and not a massive choice the food was very good and a very reasonable price for such an impressive hotel. If you want to absolutely get away from it all this hotel is well worth considering. The only thing is the hotel is alcohol free.

We booked over *******. The great experience began with the staff contacting us and making sure that the transfer was taken care of. We took the Marmaray to Bostanci and changed to a boat at the Mavi Marmara Pier. Since it was off-season and the hotel is very new, the island was very quiet and there were hardly any guests on the island. We had an unforgettable stay at Katre Island Hotel. We booked a One-bedroom suite which was very spacious and beautiful. The suite was very clean and even nicer than we expected from the photos. The hotel is very modern, and you can tell that everything is still very new. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Fener Bistro since it was the only restaurant that was open. The menu had a lot of options, so that was not a problem. The price and quality of the food were very good. Any encounter with the hotel staff was very amicable. A Highlight of our stay was the visit to the Spa area. The Spa attendant (we think her name was Sema) was very attentive, gave us a tour, and even offered us Turkish coffee. The massage conducted by her was also very relaxing. We really enjoyed the silence at the Island, and it was a great getaway from busy Istanbul.

Tek kelime ile her sey harikaydı. Daha önce hiç böyle temiz otel görmedim ilgili personel yemekler çok leziz huzurlu sakin bir ortam manzara havuz çok iyi. Bizi karşılayan hanımefendi çok tatlı çok kibar. Restoran kısmında çalışanlar da keza
