Not so bad! It’s not old hotel. general, everything is good,but some moments are bad, the spa is bad!. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a great respect for the managers!

Love the executive lounge, seldom seen a better one besides in the Hilton V Hotel Dubai. Staff was great and the room was excellent.

Good hotel but i was unpleasant with there parking fees

The actual room amenities is differ from what posted, however after complaint, hotel agreed to make changes to another room.
Room toilet is with unpleasant smell, after complaint, the cleaner come to clean and solve the problem.
The service is not up to 5 star. Breakfast food choices are limited.

My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast which was really good. The indoor swimming pool and fitness centre are really good too. But we were disappointed with the bed lining. Not that they were dirty but they showed clear signs of wear. The hand feel wasn't good. It is not a Hilton Standard by far. I complained about it at check-out, I hope they improved it.
The parking was big and easy to access.
