The experience was very bad, there is no spaciousness in the reception and no help when needed, as well as the facial expressions are not welcoming, as for cleanliness, it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever tried in my life.

The hotel and especially the receptionist Mustafa
The room is under electricity, it turns off and on, and the air conditioner does not work
After communicating with them, they wanted to move me to another, smaller room, without taking into account my reservation
Also, when I asked to store my late checkout, the employee replied that he was busy with another customer service
It indicates his unprofessionalism
Bad experience I do not recommend

I stayed here for a few days and for the amount I paid, this hotel was very disappointing. There were stains on the bed even after it was cleaned.
I made a complaint and the way I was made to feel was not nice. The hotel staff were generally nice and happy to help which was good. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room and toilet.
I will not be returning.

موقع الفندق جيد تعامل الموظفين جدا لطيف لم اتناول الطعام فيه كان حجزي نوم فقط حجم الغرفه صغير نوعا ما

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man bekommt zu der Tageszeit Problem sofort ein Taxi. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern gehalten. Preis Leistung für Istanbul Verhältnisse ist Top.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne commence qu’à partir de 7h. La lumière au sol de déclenche à chaque mouvements une vraie galère ! Dommage l’hôtel est bien situé et le personnel sympathique
