Kupeli Hotel

It was a good stay~ All the travelling spots are nearby and it's very convenient in a walking distance.

Das Hotel war sehr zentral und nur ca. 5 min von der Tramstation entfernt. Es war sauber, aber etwas heruntergekommen, jedoch nichts schlimmes. Man konnte sich 24/7 Kaffee, Tee und Wasser nehmen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und nett.

Excellent experience at Kupeli. Qadeer and Ardam were great hosts. We got upgraded to a bigger room and had a lot of space. Everything was walking distance. Would definitely come back again. Thank you team Kupeli

There are these two staff members where horrible and not inviting. The rest of staff members where nice. The roads are so noisy at night because of the location. The bedsheets are grey and towels are grey and some has holes on them. The breakfast is limited choice wise. the location is amazing it terms of it is near to almost all tourists attractions.. definitely not weathy the prices they charge per room.

Cons: Not very warm welcome by the girl at reception when checking in. Not smiling or showing positive attitude. The room was not as expected. Seems smaller than on pictures. No place for luggage. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was smelling of sewer. Towels had brown stains. Shower cabin was small and not convenient at all. Hand shower was broken. It took 5-10 minutes every day for water to get warm. One day we had no warm water at all for several hours. Ventilation fan is extremely noisy. Sounds like the turbine of a jet engine. A little noisy area. Hard to get around with taxis because of narrow streets. Walking up the steep streets every day is tiring. Housekeeping should not ask for tip or try opening the door to your room after knocking for two seconds. Pros: One of the young men in the reception (didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful. Also the bell boy/breakfast guy was very nice and provided good service. Breakfast is better than expected. Wide selection of everything. Best to eat early as they don't refill or keep the food warm. The room was clean. Area was safe. Small kiosk next to hotel. Free water, tea and coffee 24/7 in reception.

This hotel is not in the same level as other hotels around the area. This is a $50.00 a night hotel. Not a $125 a night like they charge. I stayed for one night and left the next morning

Lift don’t work to the floor I was staying, safe not working . Room was open to other room. I called the reception they were good , they closed the sharing room and adjust the safe . But the lift don’t work to my floor
