Ο Μουσταφα μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο , ήταν πολύ ευγενικός κ βοηθητικός σε όλα . Μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για όσα χρειαστήκαμε, μας πρότεινε εκδρομές κ τοποθεσίες για βόλτα κ φαγητό . Το δωμάτιο ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟ , μεγάλο, μαλακο στρώμα , μοσχομυριστα σεντόνια κ καθημερινή καθαριότητα(μας έφερναν κ μπουκιτσες μπακλαβά κάθε μέρα κ εμφιαλωμένα νερά κ κρουασάν) ! Είχε χαμαμ μέσα το οποιο μετά από μια μέρα γεμάτη περπατημα ήταν ότι καλύτερο! Ο πρωινός μπουφές γεματος με πολλές επιλογές , κατά παραγγελία αυγουλακια ,τοπικά εδέσματα και εξαιρετική θέα! Όποτε καθόμασταν στην αυλή μας κερνούσαν καφέ κ τσάι. Όλα ήταν σε απόσταση 10-15 λεπτών με τα πόδια . Δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε καλύτερη επιλογή . Είμαστε πραγματικά πολύ ευχαριστημένες με το ταξίδι κ την διαμονη μας. Αν ξαναπάμε σίγουρα πάλι εκεί θα μείνουμε .

we were very satisfied with this family-run hotel located in one of the most strategic locations in Istanbul. all perfect. I thank Mr.Fatih YILDIRIM and his team for their availability and for the services offered. For example, I was very surprised by the abundant supply of bottled water that we had in the room every day, and this has always been a negative point for any hotel visited to date. well done and thanks.

The staff was extremely helpful, the location was ideal, and the premises were comfortable. I unexpectedly ended up in Istanbul for 6 days. I had done no research on the City. The staff helped me plan an itinerary and arranged some very reasonably priced tours. They also recommended some excellent shopping venues. In fact, I chose this hotel because I read the staff could be helpful in this regard and they more than lived up to their excellent reputation. The location is the best. It is especially good for Istanbul newbies. It is close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi, and other major attractions. The view of the Blue Mosque from the breakfast room at the top of the building is splendid. The breakfast room is accessible by elevator. The afternoon snacks and tea are perfect. After a long day of sightseeing, shopping, and walking, the tea and snacks really hit the spot. The main drawback is that there is no elevator to the rooms, only stairs. But the staff help you with your bags. So, if you can walk up and down stairs minus the bags, the stairs are not a big issue.

We were there for three days; the Hotel welcome and hospitality were amazing; they made us feel at home, and the rooms were ultra-comfortable, and amazing free Turkish snacks, soft linen, perfect beds, and bathrooms renewed; the breakfast is included, and believe me is delicious and very complete; at the reception, we got an excellent ambassador from the hotel, his name is Mustafa, he was like a son to us, he took care of all the logistics, shopping, transport and site seeing. The hotel is just two blocks from the main tourist attractions (Haga Sofia, The Blue Mesquite, Cistern, Gran Bazaar, restaurants, etc.) We highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms very clean and in a great location, breakfast ok, nice view, great personnel. Rooms are a little small but ok. You can find easy parking in the area. We had a family room with 2 beds and it was very ok.

excellent price quality. It was our boy's birthday and they made him a surprise with balloons with red petals on the bed, happy birthday message, very nice from them. Congratulations to the staff of this hotel. We warmly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great, beginning with the staff.All of them are very pleasant and attentive to all your requests. The actual room we had was extremely clean ( as is the whole hotel!). The breakfast buffet had great options. They make an omelet for you if you ask. A good location if you want to be within walking distances to many attractions in the old Istanbul.With that comes hustle and bustle on the streets but it all settles down in the night.

This is a well run hotel with efficient friendly staff who make sure you enjoy your holiday. They go over & above with food treats in the rooms. Lovely breakfast terrace with gorgeous views. Comfortable beds & modern bathrooms, with good quality toiletries . It’s worth noting this is a noisy area though if you’re a light sleeper, call to mosque & busy restaurant street.

The staff of the hotel were very nice and pleasant. The location of the hotel was excellent with all the attractions around. The most impressive part was the private hammams in our rooms which relieved our fatigue whenever we liked. It was so relaxing. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant offered a wonderful view of Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. Bunches of thanks to the staff in the restaurant who were very attentive and friendly.
