Отель в целом произвёл хорошее впечатление. Очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал, чисто и опрятно, отличный напор воды и хорошая сантехника, в нашем номере была возможность включить и выключить отопление как в комнате, так и в ванной, друзьям так не повезло, не могли отключить отопление, было жарко даже с открытым окном ночью (в феврале 🙃) Хороший обильный завтрак в кафе в соседнем здании, неплохой кофе и старательное обслуживание. Из минусов - комнаты очень маленькие, звукоизоляция слабая, есть межкомнатные двери с соседним номером, всё слышно. Окна пригнаны плохо, с улицы также слышимость отличная. Мы были в феврале, когда народ долго не засиживается в кафе, могу себе представить летом другую картину. Я бы снова вернулась туда, но не летом 😊

Me and my friend we always travel and always book the hotel through *********** using the same credit card… on October 2022 we booked our stay with this property for 4th - 8th of March, because we really liked the hotel and the price was very good. Our option was to be charged around 20 days before our stay as we always do. But this time we had a surprise, our reservation was canceled by the property (sultan suleyman hotel) and the reason was that the card was not working, which is not true since this card is used everyday and it was used in the same period to book another hotel through ***********… so the most reasonable explanation would be that the hotel itself canceled our reservation to be able to book it to someone else for a higher price, because if you check now the hotel is completed booked for the days we were supposed to stay. Unbelievable, now within 14 days for our trip we need to go crazy looking for another hotel for of course a way higher price. We already told all of our friends to never book with this hotel, it is a shame and a very deplorable behavior. Now after lots of complaints the front desk of hotel asked us to contact them but we don’t have any answer. I HIGH DON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, DON’T TRUST THIS HOTEL.

We didnt stay at the hotel so the review is for the hamam experience which was absolutely fantastic!! I arranged this with Yakup, (via whatsapp) as they were able to accomodate 5 of us (all girls). They offer a free pickup/drop off service from hotel you are staying at. We all had VIP package - turkish bath plus massage, face mask etc and we all had the BEST time! The ladies who done are massages were SO good! All left this place feeling relaxed and with skin feeling so soft and would 100% recomend this experience to anyone who visits !! 10/10 and Thankyou !! Big shout out as well to Yakup!!

It’s a small hotel but it’s nice clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is reasonably good and close to all attraction and places to see in Istanbul. The services of staff Veysel and Mansum is very good. The services of Zumrut over the reception counter and Irfan are exceptionally very good. They both are very co-operative and gives you good advices with regard to local transport facilities and the places/Monuments to see in Istanbul. They will go out of there way to help you out in all respect. The hotel is maintaing it’s cleanliness.The cost of the hotel is also reasonable.

Hi, we are from Italy, this is a really good place ; it has the best position in the city and you can go everywhere easily. The receptionist (Roberto) is a very kind person and he is very friendly. He also has suggested to us a very good place to eat near the hotel. The room was very big and beautiful. i recommend this structure.

This hotel was wonderful! You’re directly seduced by the kindness of the crew. They are so helpful and happy to make you happy 🤩 At the reception, Burkan and Ali were so disponible and smiling. Burkan ordered a pizza for us at 4 am but we didn’t had cash to pay him (no card paiement). He was so generous and smiling, a real sunshine. The breakfast was so tasty, since I like salty breakfast, I loved absolutely everything! There’s also sweet options, damn the pancakes, sooo good! Mustapha was serving us most of the time, he was so kind and remembered our preferences everyday, and we thank him that ☺️ The room was small but we knew it, the bed was so confortable and the pillows a real dream. The maids were professional and sometimes we found surprises in the room from the reception. I never saw a hotel offering you a wonderful birthday cake the morning of your birthday. They know how to make their guests the happiest and that’s the charisma of this hotel ✨ The hammam/spa was magical, Sorita, the nepalese worker made me the best scrub and massage I ever had 🙏🏼 We want to thank you for this wonderful stay and I hope we will come back to say hello, offer a pizza back to Burkan, eat the best omelette and pancakes I ever had and enjoy the hammam more ☺️ Best regards, Marie K

Staff was great, highly professional nice, polite and supportive. This hotel got two or more buildings, rooms are clean, washroom small but clean. Man building is on the main road and is quite easy approach. But the other building are in the street line 1 minute walk, small street of car is parked that mean difficult to pass by. And there is no lift. Breakfast is amazing. Overall I can come and stay again if I get room in main building. ☺️
