Hotel Mount Ararat

The hotel offer good price. Location is quite good, nearby a lively food markets where there are many restaurants. It located just 15 mins on foot to the Blue Mosque or Grand Bazzar and Tram T1. However, it is at the foot of the hill so whenever you wanna go you have to walk up which was a bit tired. For me that was ok but my friend didn’t like it. I didn’t expect much about breakfast with the price I paid. There were salad, tomatos, cheese, breads, boiled eggs, sausages, ham. A coffee and juice station. I would love to have option “breakfast not include” in the booking and could reduce price more because I anyway want to eat out but there isn’t that option to choose. The staffs were friendly. Room was clean. There wasn’t a safe inside the room to keep valued personal belonging. In overall, I satisfied with the stay.

I like the location as the blue mosque, grande bazar are 9-10 minutes walk away. I arrived early at 5:00 am and a request was already shared for an early check-in however the receptionist denied early check-in even though rooms were still available as I could see when I walked up to my room. I got checked in at 7:30 am and requested breakfast even though it was denied. I paid for 3 days out of which 1 day I was entirely out and as my flight was early morning the next day we left at midnight. I asked for cleaning the room, but it wasn't done and when we were leaving that day the room was cleaned however a couple of things were missing from the room and I hadn't realized until I was boarding the flight when I needed them. Missing chocolates, green tea, visa and ticket docs left on the table... The hotel didn't help me in finding those items and said you might have lost somewhere and not at the hotel. It went missing from the room and not after I left, as soon as I realized I have contacted both customer service and hotel but no go.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and it was fabulous. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Not to forget to mention the tall guy with the short hair that did the check in for us (forgot to ask for the name) he was really positive and made us feel very welcome from the very first day. Breakfast has everything for all the categories and a many choices. Based on the price you pay what you get in advance is more than enough. Once again thank you for having us and why not to come back one more time

Affordable accommodation with a good spread for breakfast. No hassle, with basic amenities provided. There are no elevators here.

Great stuff helpful and polite , the place is clean quite and relaxing , daily room service, breakfast is orite , but sometimes u smell cigarettes in the corridor abit of noise frm the car parking , but overall i had a pleasant stay and definitely coming back and recommend it. Thank you

Hotel is clean and neat . Staff friendly .Breakfast /Food is good.Hotel staff voluntarily helped us with the luggages to our room. Hotel is located near restaurants and one train station . We like the 3 day stay there

I was very ill when I arrived and was shown over and above kindness and support. The staff recommended I try to eat and went out to shop for me before eventually recommending a good hospital for help. I don’t know how I would have coped without their generosity. Of course you need to also know that it was a perfect location, in a quiet back street a short walk from narrow streets full of cafes bars and handy shops, including good restaurants in an area of great character. I will happily return one day
