Zoom Hotel

I normally don't write reviews, but the bad experience I had with this hotel cannot be ignored. I arrived late at night and was informed that my reservation had been "mistakenly" cancelled, and they only had a family room available at double the price. Despite expressing my inability to afford it, they insisted I could because "I AM FROM LONDON." With no other options due to the late hour and lack of internet access, I reluctantly agreed. However, upon connecting to Wi-Fi in my room, I discovered there were plenty of cheaper rooms available. The room smelled foul, was unclean, and infested with bedbugs. Additionally, the couch was dirty and had burn holes from cigarettes. To add to the frustration, early the next morning, a cleaner knocked on my door insisting I had to check out, despite having just checked in at 1 am and it being only 7 am. I filed a complaint with the company, and Trip was instrumental in resolving the issue. If you seek a hassle-free stay with good hygiene and fair treatment, avoid this hotel at all costs. It's a disgrace to Turkey's hospitality industry.

It was very clean and quiet, the location of the hotel was good and taxi access was good, the Carrefour store is on the ground floor of the hotel, which is great for shopping.

Although the room is a bit small, it's acceptable. The main issue is the noise; you can hear people from neighboring rooms, which makes it difficult to sleep.

It was really dirty and bath room was uncomfortable. No window and very hot inside the room. For one night between flights ok, close to airport and cheap.

We checked in super late because our plane from Kayseri got delayed heavily, they let us stay till 14:00 because we didn't have any sleep. The facilities are amazing. Free water, jacuzzi, nice shower, free flip-flops, very cool balcony with amazing view. Cool couch yeah, bed was really comfy. Good AC. VERY BIG room. It was a very romantic night my fiancé loved the jacuzzi after such long trip. :) tessekurler. They helped with carrying the luggage. Overall good stay good price. Just 7 min from Gokcen Airport. Definitely gonna come back.
