For the ones interested in staying in this place, it’s important to know that if you have any special request, they won’t do anything to help you. One person got sick 2 days before traveling, went to the doctor’s to check if it was Covid, and tested negative for it having the diagnosis of a common virus. One day before traveling we requested that they moved one single bed to another room so that one person stayed with a couple until the sick person could heal, but they said it was not possible. We explained that it was a very specific situation and that we only needed one more bed in another room, but they said it was impossible and never even tried to assist us. The receptionist first said that the manager was traveling and we couldn’t talk to her, the second receptionist said she would be there around 5pm but never arrived on that day. We sent messages to the reservation center asking to talk to the manager, but guess what? No contact at all. I read the review of a French tourist that complained about being mistreated and I can assure you this will happen should you need anything from Pousada Encantos do Dendê. Since they are there not to be kind or assist the clients, we left on the following day and headed to Barra Grande, which was the best thing we could ever do! The beaches in Peninsula de Maraú are beyond wonderful, and we highly recommend you go there and visit praia de Algodões (Algodões beach) and stay in Casa del Mar Inn. In Barra Grande you can find great Airbnb and Inn options. Sometimes bad things are blessings in disguise.☺️

Eu realmente adorei minha estadia nessa pousada!!! Local extremamente limpo, camas e quarto amplos e confortáveis, café eu achei espetacular!! Sem falar no atendimento, pessoal nos tratou como 5* !! Obrigada a todos o Vila Gale! Experiência inesquecível.

Pousada aconchegante e agradável o quarto um (1) tem uma sacada bacana com rede para descansar ou ler um bom livro. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Faço apenas uma ressalva sobre o café da manhã que tem que melhorar, pois deveria ter mais variedades e opções de sucos, pães, frios e outros... Apesar das ressalvas relacionadas ao café da manhã a pousada ainda é uma boa opção de hospedagem.

Foi muito boa. Só houve um incoveniente, vez que fiz a reserva (pago no cartão de crédito) para casal e filho de 13 anos, mas tivemos que pagar um valor a mais, pois, segundo o atendente da pousada, não estava incluso o valor do terceiro hóspede, mesmo constando quarto triplo.

O local é limpo, organizado e bem localizado. O quarto mais simples poderia ser melhor estruturado pelo preço pago, como ter um espelho (só tinha no banheiro), local para secar as roupas da praia e a janela do nosso quarto dava para o corredor de serviço da cozinha (sem privacidade). Fora isso o local é aconchegante e possui bom atendimento.

Nossa pousada foi perfeita. O café da manhã era honesto e atendimento foi excelente. O wifi era bom
