there was a mix up after check in where the receptionist gave us the wrong door key resulting in us walking into an occupied room - very uncomfortable! then after changing rooms we were given a twin when we had booked a double. 3rd time lucky we got a room but unfortunately the drains left an awful smell in the room (we didnt complain because by this time we were very tired). the carpets need a very good clean, they were very stained. staff were lovely, bed very comfortable and breakfast was nice. decor was very nice, particuarly loved the courtyard.

Review: During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered significant challenges that impacted the overall quality of my experience. Primarily, the noise level within the premises was disruptive, preventing me from getting adequate rest. Despite attempts to address the issue with the staff, the situation persisted unabated, with loud conversations and phone calls persisting on the floor. Furthermore, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance detracted from the comfort of the accommodations. Dirty towels, broken shower taps, and the absence of hangers in the bathroom were notable shortcomings that should have been addressed promptly to uphold basic standards of hospitality. Additionally, the chaotic surroundings of the hotel, coupled with the absence of adequate parking facilities, contributed to a sense of inconvenience and disorganization. These factors collectively diminished the overall satisfaction with my stay and detracted from the value proposition of the establishment. In summary, improvements in noise control, cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management are essential for enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the reputation of the hotel remains favorable.

The hotel was recently renovated and is brand new. My room was huge, the bathroom was also large, with heated floors, as well as a beautiful hot tub in the room. We ordered breakfast in the room and it was good too. My experience was great!!

Otel dizaynı çok güzel odalar temiz resepsiyondaki 2 beyfendi de çok ilgili ve yardımcı ancak sabah resepsiyondaki genç bayan müşteriler ile nasıl konuşulması gerektiğini bilmiyor Geç çıkış için aradım ve 13:00 e kadar müsade almama rağmen temizlikçi hanfendiler 12:15 gibi bir anda odama girdiler kapı bile çalmadan Bu durumu resepsiyondaki genç bayana ilettiğimde ne var yani ne olmuş dercesine bir cevap aldım

Mono Life Hotel bence çok iyi bir Butik otel , çok temiz tertipli düzenli ve kullanışlıydı. Sadece Mart ın 15 ine göre cok sıcaktı klima ile sogutmaya çalıştım ama kış mevsimi olduğundan soğuk hava vermedi. Birde TV nin şansımıza çalışmıyor kanalları göstermiyor oluşu biraz can sıkıcıydı ama Herşeye ragmen Guzel Nezih bir konaklama oldu. Herşey icin teşekkürler..

Otelin dekorasyonu oldukça şık. resepsiyon görevlileri yardımcı oldular. oda geniş ve konforluydu. Ancak duvarlar ve pencereler ses yalıtımlı olmadığından her ses duyulabiliyordu. Bunun dışında büyük bir sorun olmadı. Hızlı bir ziyaret için tavsiye ederim.

Bir hafta içerisinde iki kere konaklama fırsatım oldu, temizlik konusunda herhangi bir şüpheniz olmasın, personeller çok güler yüzlüler, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
