Ac was not working from 2 days. Restaurant is not same as showing on pictures. Rooms are just ok.

The location of the hotel is good at the city centre. The behaviour of the staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel has good quality food. Overall good experience.

Room is spacious and but not very fancy absense of morderen amenity which business traveller expect. Tv was not working g, no hot cartel, no hot water in the tab. Location is great, staff is polite and prompt.

Very bad and pathetic, a waste of money. Never recommend any others. Services and cleaning was very poor. Very old property

I had medical emergency and yet they did not consider refunding me even though i had submitted medical reports. Lack of humanity. Worst experience with a hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

My experience in this hotel was superb and staff very co-operative and polite, try to help and guide u in every way possible. Will surely recommend it to anyone who wishes to b in the city … superb location centrally located from everywhere

We had a good and comfortable stay at grand samdareeya hotel. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They took care of all our needs very well. Drop at the railway station was arranged from the hotel on time. The staff in the restaurant during complimentary breakfast was also very good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the hotel and that too at quite a reasonable rate.

I have found this hotel through the mm t app. The hotel worries about your arrival to provide better service. Hospitality at hotel is very good. The location of the hotel is excellent at the city centre and walking approach to all your needs.

The location is decent, you would find lot of eateries in and around the hotel. The hotel is atop a mall, thus you get lot of options in terms of eating, shopping, movie etc. In terms of the rooms & servicing they are alright. However a little more focus on cleanliness would be good.
