🍃環境：環境不錯，有點度假酒店的感覺。
🔔服務：餐廳服務很一般，整個餐廳就兩桌，但上菜非常慢，而且強制20%小費，在美國並不常見。
🧹衞生：衞生還不錯，沒什麼問題。
酒店風景比較好，值得再來。

This location is the epitome of a ski resort! I do wish the restaurant at the location had more food options on the menu. But I love the entire staff everyone always said something to me when they saw me, very attentive! We will sure be coming back!

The hallway & room reeked of cigarette smoke, made my eyes water.
And we had a nonsmoking room!

We absolutely loved the location of this property! It’s a quick walk to downtown. The on-site ski rental is very convenient. We will definitely be back here!

It was a great cute hotel, we went during a ski competition unknowingly so there were kids running everywhere at all hours.

Really disappointing experience. Hotel staff and overall organization of the hotel is just poor. Hotel is cold and drafty on the 1st and 2nd floor. The heating in my room was not working properly, and after calling three times about it (being told they were sending someone to look at it), I gave up and spent two nights with my coat on inside the room. The rooms on the 1st floor (110-115) have poor noise insulation, so be warned you will hear the door to the parking lot slamming ALL day and night. Food in the attached restaurant is poor, and the service is just awful.
I received a VIP ******* coupon for drinks in the restaurant. When I presented it to the server, they did not even know what it was. Food was poorly cooked and often cold after two minutes.
This could be a great place to stay--it does have a great spa and it is right next door to skiing--but it is so poorly run, it completely detracts from being able to enjoy the place.

Snow King is a nice resort, family friend and very conveniently located against the ski slope. We made good use of the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant/bar in Snow King is nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Thanks, Snow King!
