I booked this hotel because it said “river front view,” however, the only view I had was a busy highway and parking lot. There was no microwave nor mini refrigerator in the room. I was very unpleased with the room I got for the price I paid. Will not visit again.

I did not realize it was across the river from the main part of Jackson. Not a long walk but a bit inconvenient. Our room was large and the view across the river was very nice. The property is dated and could use a refresh, but in terms of value it was reasonable.

We ended up not staying due to the condition of the room. It was terrible. Carpeting was soiled, shower leaked and door would not open and close properly. Staff stated they were due for a renovation!

This has to be the dirtiest room I have had in all my years travelling. I had pots for hot drinks but nothing to use. I made a request twice for as they called it a coffee pot and never got this. I finally caught one of the cleaners and asked them for one. Unfortunately they did take one from another room but I’d did now work.
Great view is the only one positive.

Our shower dripped all night , our faucet was broken in the sink , there was no complimentary shampoo but yet there was lotion and conditioner, my daughters room had no heat , very disappointed for it being a Hilton , might as well been an over priced motel 6

The location and the view was great, but I was a little disappointed that parking was not included as a hotel guest ($20 per day) No included breakfast ($15 per person). No mini fridge in the room. Very small bathroom and our tub never stopped dripping water from the faucet. Took forever to get the water to be hot (literally 10 minutes). There was no good area in the hotel room for good lighting and counter space with a mirror to put makeup on. I was honestly a bit disappointed. This hotel appears very boujee online but was honestly a let down. On the good side of the things I did like. We were given a goody bag at check in with a bottle of water and a warm chocolate chip cookie which was delicious. The balcony view was beautiful of the city lights over the river. And the beds were comfortable. The elevators were very fast.
